How does the "change" policy work at a WDW hotel? We are looking to stay onsite at Pop Century (or ASMovies) If I make a reservation for say June 20th to the 27th, how difficult is it to change? Are there any fees involved? Or is it just a matter of there being rooms available when I want to change it. I would like to make reservations so I know I'm "set" but I can't honestly commit to a date until after Feb. My husband is a teacher and I don't know absolutly for sure when school will be out (due to snow, we live in the northeast)

thanks

As long as you book through CRO (Central Reservations Office) and not the WDTC (Walt Disney Travel Company), you should be fine.

All you really would need to be concerned about is whether or not they have rooms available for your new travel dates.

Good Luck!!

It depends on what you book.

If you book a room-only reservation, there's no charge to make changes to your reservation.

If you book a package, you'll be charged $50 for EACH change that is made to a reservation within 21 days of arrival.

Make sure you know what you're booking! If your deposit is $200, you've booked a package. If your deposit is equal to one night's hotel cost, you've booked room only. For more information:
