WDW Guest of Honor Name Tags

Hi everyone!

I have searched high and low for quite some time now, and I have got different answers almost every time... :

Now I need to ask you.

Do they still have the red WDW Guest of Honor name tags with Mickey on??
I have tried to search for them but with no luck...

Anyone here who knows for sure???

Many have reported not seeing the Red guest of honor badges. They do have other styles though.

I was at WDW 2 weeks ago & again last Saturday and they were out of them. The CM told me they were expecting more but she didn't know when. They had others available (such as Figment, Tink, Pooh & friends, Buzz, etc.) but they're not quite the same (they can be made into a key chain, magnet or badge). They're all $6 and engraving is included.

We were at DTD last night and looked. They are still out of the original red one.

I ordered mine from The Laughing Place at the end of February. I still haven't received them. The Laughing Place said that they are out of the Red ones, but do expect more in "sometime".

It's funny--I ordered those and my Crocs at the same time and BOTH are on backorder.

I know you can get them at The Laughing Place on-line. You can also get them at the Christmas Store in DTD or at MGM (last shop on the right before you turn to go towards TOT).

I just ordered tinkerbell ones at giftsofalifetime.com. They had villians and a couple of others. They are out of the red Mickey.

So will they engrave them and deliver them to my resort if I call the 407 number above??? We will be there in a week and a half and would love to have some for my kids waiting for them?

actually name tags w/a pin to attach to your clothing? Is that what you use them for?

I went to a MainStreet Megastore online and saw these and was curious? Luggage tags, etc?

DL offers key chains etc with the guest of honor badge. At DTD they only offer the name badges with the pin to attach to clothing.

Just a heads up for the previous poster...

I would not recommend ordering from the Mainstreetmegastore. They will NOT have these name badges. You will not recieve your order. Many many people have reported that they have been very disappointed in their experience with Mainstreetmegastore. They are known to show merchandise on their site that is not currently available.

Ok, now I'm really confused! I just called that number and the CM told me they don't sell the GOH badges. I can ONLY get them at the parks and they neither ship them to a home address OR have them waiting for you at your resort! What's up with this?

As of yesterday (Sunday, March 27), the CM at the Days Of Christmas store at DTD told me that they are out of the red Mickey GOH badges. She said they were out at all locations. She had no idea when they would be getting more. It is odd that they don't order a larger stock of these. It is obvious that they are very popular.

I wonder if...it's kind of like supply & demand, don't make as many, then everyone will be dying to get one...don't know for sure, but it sounds like it would work..?
anyone remember the old cabbage patch incidents--ooh, if that wasn't one of the best examples of it...

My uneducated guess is they will come out with a 50th anniv. celebration version. So they aren't making any of the old ones.

HI I called left my name CM called me back , I donot know why did they change it , maybe try again . so sorry , I will try also, I was going to order one for my AAA agent little girl , for their trip in OCT and have it send to my resort , to save on shiping
