WDW First Timer

I'm trying to plan budget-friendly a trip to WDW in mid Aug. Luckily I was able to get flight tickets for free thanks to AA. After much researching the best deal for us seems to be the $69 value rooms & the 5day plan w/ water park @ undercover tourist. Since it's our first time we want to stay on the property & we wanted the extras to be able to visit the arcade & water parks.

Rough Estimate
Rooms: $414 (6 nights)
UT tix: $295/ person
= $1300


Disney Veterans, is this the best I can do without access to a pin? I would like some advise, please?!?

That seems like a good price to me. Have you checked to see if the free dining is offered. We like the counter service meals because we are not tied to any schedule. I don't know if it would save you any money but something to look into. Also like the meal vouchers so that we know ahead of time what we will spend on food.

We're leaving on the aug 21. I just barely miss the free dining plan, unless there's another one that I'm missing.
