WDW Fantismic Dinner Package?

I was at the Disney-MGM Studios last Wednesday and attended Fantasmic. As I entered the ampitheater, I noticed tables and chairs on the right and some kind of food/beverage table set up. Is this part of the the dinner package, perhaps a new dessert buffet, or probably just a special event?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
