WDW Family Reunion Info

We have finally decided that we will have our 1st family reunion at WDW!!!!!!!!!!! Somehow, I got elected to be in charge. We are in the infancy stage and my first task was to gather info. I have searched the WDW site, but all I can find is convention info. Does anyone know what site I could use for reunion/group info. Also if any of you have ever organized a reunion at WDW I would certainly appreciate your feedback. We are an older group -- ranging from 22 to 90!!!!!, with most of us around 50. Our group will consist of between 50 and 75 people. Thanks.

I know that they do offer help planning such events....not sure whether or not there is a site. If you know which DVC resort you plan to use, I would start by contacting them and telling them what you are trying to do. I'm sure they can get you started.

Family Fun On Reunions

I had the job of organizing a two-family reunion last year. My first suggestion is to contact Debbie Johnson at Debbie.A.Johnson@disney.com, 407-566-6438. She and the other folks in that office could not have been more helpful in planning our trip. We just had 26 including infants. We used almost three years of points to stay in 2 villas and one studio at OKW. We planned a private cookout on the beach near Storm-A-Long Bay.
