WDW Engagement Session

I unfortunately did not get my dream Disney proposal, and a Disney wedding or honeymoon is out of the question, however I am trying to convince the FH to take our engagement pictures at Walt Disney World. I am thinking of going to WDW in September. I know you technically take professional photos on the parks but it is ok at the resorts, so I was thinking Wilderness Lodge. Would love tipster advice if you have any! I found a couple photographers I like in my price range.

My fiance and I had our engagement photos taken at the Boardwalk and the areas around it. I don't really have any tips other than bring props if you think you'll want them and have the time to use them...We didn't end up using ours because we got so into the moment. Also, be really sure about what shoes you want to wear...I didn't think my feet would swell in the heat but they did and good grief did my cute red heels feel tight! haha.

If I could recommend a photographer though, I would recommend Kim from Portrayable Photography. She is an absolute sweetheart and we felt completely comfortable around her, only having met her (officially) that day! If you Google Portrayable Photography you'll find her page. After you click on weddings, you'll be taken to another page where she has a category called "Disney Resorts Engagements"...My fiance and I are featured under Disney's Boardwalk Resort. :-D It was around $300 for our session and we got all of our edited images on a disc with rights to print the photos for ourselves. A pretty good deal I think!
