WDW during Thanksgiving week

We are going to WDW the week of Thanksgiving. This will be the first time for everyone. Will the Christmas lights be up and will the Santas be out in Epcot this early?

On our first trip, we arrived at the park on Thanksgiving Day. All the lights and decorations were up and the characters were in Christmas clothes. It was gorgeous.

XMAS events in Epcot like the nightly tree lighting ceremony, different santas in countries, and lighting up the Lights of Winter will start the day after Thanksgiving.
