WDW/DL tix question

Can you exchange WDW tix with DL tix? I have a friend whose family has 1 day left on old WDW hopper passes and may be dropping by DL during a business trip. Can they use their current tix in any way? Thanks in advance!

No, the tickets are not interchangeable.

Unless things have changed, you can take your WDW park hopper ticket to the DL ticket booths, and they will exchange it for a DL/DCA ticket. You cannot exchange a DLR ticket for a WDW one, because the WDW tickets are ALOT more expensive than a DLR ticket. And AP tickets are not exchangeable, and are only valid at the park(s) where they were purchased.

Last I knew, the transaction had to be done at Guest Services out there as the DLR ticket computer was not connected to the WDW ticketing computer. GS had to actually phone WDW Ticketing and have the day deducted off the ticket in the WDW computer before they could issue the DLR ticket.

Now this may have changed some as DLR's ticket booths may now be tied into the WDW computer but I'm not sure that's true. Hey, I've got enough to do keeping up with what Florida does. Someone else can keep tabs on California.

But Scanmom is correct, WDW PH/PHP/MYW tickets can indeed be used at DLR and have been accepted there for many years now.
