WDW CRO down

I just tried to call CRO to make a change to our ressie in Dec. and the CM told me their reservation system is down... she said it's a major problem - they are not able to make any bookings because their system is showing no availability for any of the resorts. She said they're working on it but it might not be up for awhile.

Maybe that is why everyone is reporting difficulty in finding availability at their resorts.

BTW, my mother just received a post card today, so I am trying to apply it to our Dec. ressie. Maybe another batch of postcards just came out??

This happens every now and then, just sit tight and try back later. Usually when CRO is down so is the WDW web site ressie system, so you may want to check that rather than having to call over and over again.

It can go down anytime. It was down last week and no codes came out.
