- Sorcerer's Of The Magic Kingdom, also has 70 trading cards to collect
- Test Track Closed For Refurb till end of Nov
- Storybook Circus in MK open (Dumbo, Great Goofini)
- Mobile Magic APP released for iPhone
- Fastpass return times are now enforced
- Kim Possible being replaced by Phineas & Ferb Agent P's World Showcase Adventure in June
- Orange Bird & Citrus Swirl return at Sunshine Tree Terrance MK
- Art Of Animation Resort Now Open
- Avenger Monorail
- Dug & Rusell from Up, replace Flik meet & greet at AK
- All value resorts will have refrigerators in all rooms
- Starbucks coming to WDW
- A Capella group called the Test Track All Stars will preform outside TT duringg refurb
- Snow White's last ride is May 31
- Rapunzel's Meet & Greet moving to Town Square Courtyard
- Merida from Brave Meet & Greet in Fairytale Garden along with 3 animated bear cubs for a Play & Greet

Welcome All Commando's to The Commando Planning & Strategies Club - To Infinity And Beyond!

This originally started out as a thread looking for other Commando's, I was overwelmed to find out how many of us are out there, Figured a club was in order!

I'm sure most of us on other threads at sometime felt like outcasts for planning a full agenda & have been critized negatively, That is not the case here! Fellow Commando's can help each other to fulfill their plans, instead of putting what you would like to do down!

If you are mild or extreme, or even a beginner, This is a place where you can kick off your boots and relax while planning your trip, share Commando adventures & strategies, but most of all have some fun doing what you enjoy!

One thing I'm a bit concerned with was the lack of park hours & night EMH's in Nov, the week I'll be there the latest MK is open till is 8 The only 2 EMH's at night so far that week is HS till 10 & Epcot till 12, other then those 2 it looks like as of now we would be back at the resort by 9 I really hope they add some major hours or I might have to sleep at night

OK you know I wouldn't be happy till I got to the bottom of this, and happy I am, we will be there Nov 4-10, I was wondering why MK hours were so weak 8pm latest, I figured they were getting ready for Christmas and indeed I was right the 1st MVMCP is Nov 9 and yours truly will be there on the scene and get to report all about it

Talk about a Grand Slam, A extra trip to WDW this year, Food & Wine Fest, Get to see Blues Traveler, & now MVMCP, it just doesn't get much better then this

id love to join!!! in fact, three trips ago we were at csr with just me, hubby and the 5 kids (ages 9,6,3,2 and 10 months at the time) .. some people we met named us civilian seal team 6 because we were out for every park opening , at the parks til closing and at the pool still smiling with two carriages and me wearing the baby in the carrier LOL.. its funny since that when we leave the hotel my husband always says lets go commando civilian seal team 6 LOL.. so i definetly want to join!!!

I'm sad that I won't be using my Disney Commando skillz this summer--we're going on a Disney Cruise instead and that doesn't require my commando skillz and knowledge. Sigh. I hope you all have a wonderful time and know that I'll be thinking about you as you get there at RD.

All my trips have between Oct-Dec and the 2nd week of Nov. is my absolute favourite time!- yes park hours are shorter BUT because crowd levels are so low any commando can get through all the parks in no time flat, weather is great, MVMCP awesome, and if you don't want to sleep, there's ton of stuff to do at DTD or the resort. You'll love it!
What's really weird is I was working on my WDW plan on the weekend, and I saw the current hours for June: I was shocked & amazed that MK was open till 3am, HS- till 1am, and remarked OMG I would love to be able to be in the park at 2am! (then I remember that would mean the days were hot, humid, crowded (hate that) and long lines....) Still rather go in Nov!

We are no strangers to WDW at this time of year, I also prefer the fall, would really like to try around Easter and Star Wars Weekends, but this is the 1st time that I have scored 2 major events happening the same week

Called for tickets for MVMCP today, no one in our family knows about our 2nd trip, boy will they be shocked when their Christmas Card is all pics from MVMCP, I can't wait to see my sister's face since she will be there the same time during the August trip, when she asks when the pics were taken I think I'll tell her in August, and say what you didn't see that

I totally agree i love going in october or november, its a perfect combo of weather and lower crowds.. the fall is definetly the best.. i usually avoid the summer.. i went last year in august and totally reminded myself why... it was searing heat! it made it hard to get from point a to point b and we couldnt get as much done as we do in the fall because we pretty much battled through the heat all day! dont get me wrong because we had an awesome time but id prefer fall anyday!
