WDW Care Care Center Shuttles

We're planning to rent a car at the airport and drop it off the next day at WDW car care center.

Do we need to call ahead to arrange for a ride back to the Contemporary or Magic Kingdom. Does the shuttle run at certain intervals (every hour, every 30 minutes)

They run frequent, I called an hour before.
Is there a huge savings with turning it in? I've rented from CCC and the airport. I fount the deals for 8 day rental at $130. It was well worth it's use and came in handy for medical and dental emergencies.

The lost time of getting to CCC and shuttled around was a pain to me.

One day at the weekend rate is a good deal for us and we just want the car for one day for coming in from the airport and grocery shop.

We may drop it at the Dolphin instead and grab a bus back to the Magic Kingdom.

Every time I've returned a car at the Car Care Center, there have been shuttles waiting. I've never had a long wait to get a ride back. I don't believe there is a schedule for drop-offs. For pick-ups, there is a schedule (every 30 minutes, I think) and you do need to make a reservation before hand.

Thanks MouseyMin - that's what I was hoping! We're staying at Bay Lake so the car center is definitely closer.
