WDW care care center and car rental

Appears to be walking distance from the TTC when I look at the map.. Am I correct in assuming it's a short walk? Thx.

Take the shuttle, to many roadways between the two places and I don't think there are any walking paths either.

There is no pedestrian access to the car care center. They will pick you up for free from any of the parks, or onsite hotels or Disney Springs.

This. Also, when we were there earlier this year, there was a substantial amount of road construction in the area. Our shuttle driver had a difficult time finding his way from the CCC to the TTC to drop us off so we could go to the MK. Next time, I think we might have the drop off point be at one of the monorail hotels instead if this is still the situation.

No, that is not correct. Besides the distance, It's not possible to safely walk from the TTC to the Car Care Center.
