WDW App advice for beginner

So, I have finally joined the 21st Century! I don't have a smart phone, but just got a tablet and am exploring choices of WDW apps. It sounds like the Disney Parks Mobile Magic only works in the parks. I also found the Undercover Tourist app and Touring Plan's, and it looks like there are several others. Which do you recommend? I want to see wait times, FP distribution times (assuming there are any), etc. but being a crazy planner, I would also like to check all of this from home too. I have a Samsung Tab 3, if it matters. Mobile Magic has been replaced by My Disney Experience as the official app for WDW. MDE will show your room reservations and ADRs. It will allow you to make ADRs and FP+ selections. You can customize and manage MagicBands using MDE. MDE will show wait times and FastPass return times being issued even when not physically in a WDW theme park.
