WDW and VMK - questions

I just have a couple of quick questions as I'm working on my itinerary for WDW next month.

1) Are there computers set up at Epcot (I'm thinking Innoventions) to be able to play VMK? I'd really like to set up a new character to get the mickey ears and I don't think we will have time at MK to play around on VMK.

2) We have the coupon to book the VMK tour (from the Hidden Mickey Quest). Is VMK Central at MK the only place where we can book this tour? Or are there other places in the other parks? Or can you call to book? I think I *know* the answer - this is just wishful thinking on my part!

The only game computers at WDW are in the Magic Kingdom at VMK central. It's the cinema on Main St.
You have to take the printout there to get your card for the tour. The take the card to guest services on Main St to book the tour.
You can book it in advance, and is better that way because the tours fill up fast. But you have to do it there. I wish you could call to book it.
