WDW and Cruise with Celiac

Does anyone have any experience with Walt Disney World or the Disney Cruise with Celiac Disease? I was only diagnosed a few months ago....still in the learning curve. GF foods? Any advice would be helpful..thanks.

My wife has Celiacs and all we did was print off the form from the cruise website and take it to the Dr she filled it out and signed it and she is bringing it with her. The cruise has quite the menue for Celiacs from what I have heard mind you my wife is contemplating not even saying anything to them about it so she can eat whatever she wants on the cruise. With WDW when you make your dining reservations just let them know and they will note it and the chef will call you to go over menue options for your meals.
