Hi. I have some gluten free family members. Last time we went to Disneyworld (3 years ago), I contacted someone at WDW who emailed me menus and great information to plan some reservations. Does anyone know who this current person is? I know that the chefs are great but I would love to be able to do some pre-planning. Thanks in advance!
