I know that a few years ago when I was planning our last WDW trip WDTC seemed to be just getting up and running. I thought that it was going to take over and eliminate CRO. Now I am still seeing posts about CRO. What is the difference, and how do you contact CRO, if that is better? I have a tentative reservation for December, and got the paperwork yesterday from WDTC. If their policies regarding payment, cancellation, etc. are more restrictive I want to change to CRO, who I have dealt with in the past. I just don't know how to do so. Please help.

There is really no difference when you call 407WDISNEY, the Agents answering the phone work for both. If you book a Package it is considered WDTC and if you book a Room Only it is CRO. Just Magical Service either way!!!
