WDISNEY found ADR's - WDWDINE didn't...

Hi all!
I just got off the phone, after nearly an hour, and got most of the ADR's I wanted for Dec. 14 - 21. The first CM I talked with was when I dialed WDWDINE. She found a couple of the times/places I wanted, but nothing else. I then asked to be transferred to the resort reservations area to check something about my reservation. When I got that figured out, the CM there asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I asked if she could check on ADR's for me - well, she found several availabilities (is that a word?) where the other person had not.

I think one thing she did differently was type in a specific time for Candlelight processional, instead of just a general "CP" - as in, the 8:15 performance, or the 5:00 performance. The first CM had no availabilities for any restaurant for either of the two dates I gave her for CP package; this second CM had multiple options for each day just at the first restaurant I asked about! She then proceeded to "find" a few other ADR's that hadn't been available earlier.

I don't know why it worked with the second person and not the first - I'm just thankful that it did! Woo hoo!
The only thing I'm hoping for now is Chef Mickey's for dinner on the 14th...

I had just gotten off the phone with WDW-DINE maybe a minute or two before I read your post. The CM went through every one of the 10 days I am going to be at Walt Disney World and said absolutely no Candlelight Processional Packages were available for any date or any time during my stay at any restaurant (December 13-22).

On a lark, I took your advice and called the other number W-DISNEY. The CM found a Candlelight Processional Package on the first date he plugged in AND for my preferred restauarant (Teppan Edo), too.

This is TOO good to be true!

I would never have tried the other number without your post. Thank you for sharing and if anyone else is in the same boat, please give this solution a try.

The CM who found a reservation for me did ask which show I wanted to try for first. The other CM did not ask about a particular show.

I can't believe I got this so close to December!!! Thanks again!

Maybe the key is having them look for a specific time, not just general "candlelight processional" package...
Whatever it was, I'm happy to get mine this late, too!
