WCC or Kona?

We have an evening where I'm planning on us taking advantage of EMH at MK, and thought I would like to have dinner outside the park first. So I've narrowed it down to Kona or WCC. We will have a 2 year old (first visit) - would WCC be too noisy for her? Is there anything that would amuse her at Kona?

If we decide on WCC what is the best plan for parking the car, considering we'll likely take the boat over to MK after dinner.

Food wise, Kona is miles ahead of WCC especially for the adults. For 2-YO, I wouldn't think the antics at WCC would be particularly interesting but maybe so.

Kona, WCC has always been hit or miss and I have never left without the worse heartburn ever...Kona has great food.

You may park at the resort for an ADR, but there is a time limit for how long you may keep the car in the resort lot. Seems I recall the duration is 3 hours. A resort ADR as a strategy to include a park visit is well known, so it is risky to think the resort patrol will not be on the hunt for an expired pass. TTC parking might be the only option unless someone posts a correction. Take the ride to either the MK gate or the CR to catch the boat to WL so you can boat ride back to the MK. It sounds as if you might not be a Disney resort guest else other transport options might be available of which I am not aware.

The food is better at the Kona.....its not a quiet place if you are seated close to the front next to the walk ways where people are walking by. Thats usually been out seats...but we like to people watch.

The WCC can get kind of crazy depending on the servers and if the crowd is responding to them. We have actually been there on on kind of opposite nights. One when the servers were really wild, and the crowd was too. Another when it was kind of dull. Our server was so boring. Its hit or miss or was for us....
