WCC any good for diner?

I know others love it, but our family hated it. It is LOUD. Waiters do stupid gags the entire dinner- every time someone asks for ketchup, they make them stand up and yell "we need ketchup" and then every bottle in the place is brought over. Funny once. Not funny 27 times an hour. We thought the food and service were both terrible. However, others rave about the "Skillet". that's just not the way our family likes to eat though. Check out the menu and decide if it's your type of meal.

However, we went there for breakfast in January and the food was very good.

We like it a lot. You just have to know what you're going into. Dinner is very loud, although your waiter might not be as into the antics as some of the others-it just depends. I agree with the pp, check out the menu and see if it appeals to you guys.

I agree 100% with the PP poster... We were SOOOO looking forward to our ADR & it certainly did not live up to the hype. It was our 2nd worst meal of our trip (1st was Chefs). I think if our server was better it may have been different but she was awful. I think she was "trying" to hard & it just didn't work--it came off as very annoying. She had a few tables but was missing for most our meal -- her other tables were also looking for her...The food was OK & I am glad we at least tried it, so now we can cross it off out list for the future......

I agree. Some people love it, others hate it. For us, it is one of our "must-do" restaurants. We love the food, we love the service, and we love the antics.

To give you more detail on the food, it is like bbq-type food. The mashed potatoes aren't really creamy and they are usually kind of dry all things considered. But I love potatoes almost any way you cook them, so I like them. DH gets the skillet every time. I usually get the chicken (grilled, rotisserie?). The chicken is really tender and the bbq sauce is good. If you aren't crazy about that type of food, I would skip it. The antics of the wait staff? Well, I wouldn't base my decision on that. We have had servers who really got into things, and some that didn't.
