WBTA Debarkation time?

I know that this is a new route for the WBTA but does anyone have a guesstimate what time they might start debarkation? When I call DCL, the CM kept giving me info for PC despite me telling her we were coming into NYC I'm trying to book a town car and need an estimate for pick-up time. For those who have debarked in NY, what time did the ship come into port?

The DCL web site says 7:30 am for the 2018 cruise. We did it last Sept. and I believe it was the same time. I would imagine for the 2017 cruise it would be the same or 8 am at the latest. It is an awesome cruise. Your itinerary is a bit different from ours...they all seem to fluctuate. Catch up on your zzzzs and you set your clock back an hour about every other night...win, win!!

This is perfect! Thanks I'm super excited about it--DH knows we are going "somewhere" in Sept. but has no idea what we are doing, I booked everything as a total surprise! Hoping that by flying in 4 days early will help us adjust so we will be ready to go (and gaining extra time to sleep is totally a win-win)! Did they do fireworks on your cruise?

To the best of my knowledge the only cruises they don't do fireworks on are the Alaskan cruises because they can't and if there are weather issues preventing them from doing fireworks.

The Trans was the second half of a B2B with a 7-day Med. cruise for us. I don't believe we did pirates night in the Med...we had Frozen deck party. However, we did do a pirates' night on the Trans, if memory serves right (can't find my folder to confirm). I would call DCL and ask them if I were going. Things and cruises change. If you are like me, you have to pack a costume (hat, boots, parrot, etc.) if pirates' night is "on." There are some cool scavenger hunts for adults that we did, available at the excursion desk, where you are given a 5X7 card with 10 small pictures and lines to identify each item. Themes: pictures from around the ship (photo of about a 6" square part of it) of uniforms, pictures on landings and elsewhere, carpets, chairs, etc. A real challenge and loads of fun. Turn them in and there is a drawing for a prize. Other great speakers and surprises.

Can't wait for all this!! We've only ever done Caribbean cruises, which are great, but I've heard that there are awesome activities on the longer cruises. Pirate costumes will be packed since I think I did hear there would be pirates night, just wasn't sure if there would be fireworks (although makes sense if they are having pirates night that the fireworks would be going hand in hand)!

I'm on this cruise too! It says 7:30am on the schedule for debarkation but I think last years there were delays.

There are fireworks as we have a pirates night but no Frozen night according to someone who has asked Conceirge services (not me lol). They have done fireworks on all Transatlantics but don't tend to do them in Europe as they do the Frozen night instead.

My understanding from info on here is that even with delays people were off around 9-9:30 last year so I've booked a car for 9:30am to my hotel.
