Hi All

Does anyone have an idea what the WBTA 2018 itinerary will be... have seen here before how people seem to know what it will be before it goes on sale and was wondering had people any ideas.... will it sail again from Barcelona or somewhere else and where will it go. One thing we know for sure is it will be the Magic :duck::)

I would love to know as well! I haven't heard any rumours at all this year usually have. Even my TA didn't say. I can't wait to hear.

The last cruise listed for the Magic is the September 2, 2018 British Isles one from Dover. September 9th would be the start of the next cruise. I'm assuming that will be the Westbound Transatlantic, from Dover. With it starting so far North, it'll probably do a northerly route across, maybe to NY?

The Fantasy and Dream cruises are listed through the end of September 2018. Both the Wonder and Magic just have 1 cruise listed in September 2018.

Someone (and I Can't remember where I saw it) pointed out that Magic will be due for a brief maintenance drydock on 2018 so there is a possibility of the crossing not being sold to the public.

I wonder will it go from Dover to dry dock and then depart from Barcelona similar to what it did in 2015 where it had dry dock for about a week and then left Barcelona.....

I have been waiting for this too! I want to book on opening day to get the best price.

I hope this isn't the case!

Scott of the disneycruiselineblog has a 2 week drydock listed as starting on 2/23/18. It's being done in Freeport, Bahamas.

Anyone else excited to book the 9/9/18 WBTA? Most of the transatlantic cruises have too many sea days for me, but this one looks great.

It appears that every transatlantic crossing has a different itinerary. We were on last Sept.'s WBTA and only hit three ports and had seven "at sea" days. We love these days because we can catch up on movies, see/participate in special events only available on longer cruises and rest up from our (B2B) Med. cruise.
That time of the year the sea can be rough and weather iffy. However, a plus (for some), is fewer kids (only 200 on this cruise)...we don't mind them, most were in school. We also really, really liked turning back the clock about every other day. Also got to know some of the crew because we saw them so frequently on a smaller ship. Would do one again in a heartbeat.

I love the longer cruises, but have found after 4 sea days I'm ready for some land. Can't wait to boom this on Monday.
