Ok... First day of fall & I'm seeing Disney Christmas commercials on my webpages...

I'll just be happy when I can use my pool. I need to get in there and do some walking. I can't walk around the block coz I still have chronic lower back pain. I can't stand or walk for too long before I have to sit. But in the pool, it doesn't hurt. So I need to get in the water.

That's just wrong. I love the first day of Fall. In one week, it's my wedding anniversary. We got married outside on Long Island on a beautiful Fall day....cool, with sun and a little breeze. Every start of Fall reminds me of that day.

That's a good thing, Shell. There will always be things coming up when you can't do your walking. The thing to do is to get right back into it again when you can.....especially if you miss doing it.

We're meeting Mandy and Mark with Monica at the Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney in the afternoon. Not sure what we'll do after that.

John and I will be getting our Annual Passes on Oct 1st. It's not in the budget before that. Moving was very very expensive.....about $2k over budget. We're just catching up.

& hopefully if I'm right... this will be on pg 99 and we only have to talk aimlessly for a little bit more to get over pg 100...

Do what me and John do.....I tell him to leave them in the bedroom and don't put them in the kitchen. I can't tell him not to have things just because I can't. So as long as he doesn't tell me or show me, I'm good.

Sooo I went walking today... a bit slow. had been up to doing 1/2 hour at 2 mph but with my back bothering me and such... it's back to 10 minutes at 1/4 mph.. but I will work up again. I have a goal of doing a 5 K next year.

Mom went to Kazoo practice. She will miss their premiere date... we are headed back to jersey this saturday so she can have a visit with some friends. I will probably camp out at my brothers house with no cable and a book... hoping to take Will out for a bite to eat. Just a little bit of Will/Aunt Shell time...
