I wonder if they do the tooth fairy for Tyler's sister? Maybe they just think Tyler is too old to do that anymore. I say while you have baby teeth coming out, you keep doing it.

They will do it for her, I'm sure. They used to do it for him but stopped about a year ago. No explanation, he kept putting his tooth under his pillow and waking up sad when it was still there. He finally stopped leaving his tooth out over there and just brings it home to leave out. If they were ready to tell him the truth, at least tell him SOMETHING. Don't just let him keep doing it and getting disappointed, at least talk to him about it! But I'm with you Deb. If there are still baby teeth coming out, the tooth fairy still comes. I'm sure he knows now, since they ruined it for him, but he's trying to hold on.

Does anyone know CDN Prince Charming? I have no idea who he is and he sent me a PM. He told me that my LIME green font is too hard to read.

No one else has ever told me this and I don't use LIME green. AND I have no idea who he is or what of mine he is reading!!

Is the green font hard for any of you to read?

back from the dentist & it appears that the house survived.

I have to have a root canal (scheduled for the same day that Freckles is getting fixed), then get a crown, have some deep cleanings & some fillings. Thank goodness it's over the next 6-8 months.

I have cracked the tooth that has been giving me pain (the one that needs the root canal). They gave me some Rxs to help with that.

Oh no! I cringed and shivered reading all of this. I have such a huge dentist phobia! I'm still trying to save up money to go. I'm afraid of what the cost will be for whatever they'll need to do about the tooth that has a hole rotted through. I've asked around for suggestions for a local dentist to go to. Good luck Monica, I'll be thinking of you that day and sending you virtual hugs!!!

Everything looks the same on my Droid as it does on a computer. I don't even use a computer anymore, other than at work of course.

After 2 and a half weeks, the 3.5 gallon tin of Garrett popcorn sitting next to the couch is slowly dwindling. In the meantime, it makes a handy extra table.

No Cub Scouts for Tyler tonight. He usually goes to bed at 7, but scouts doesn't even start until 6:30, so it's really hard for him the next day and even that night, he's crabby before we get home from it because of being up late. So when he told me just as we were heading out to go that he was tired and wanted to go to bed early, I was all for it since he'll be up super late tomorrow night. Poor kid was asleep before 7.

My question is.....did you specify a time limit for the poll? If not, then it probably lasts until the end of the thread. AND it looks like you can only start a poll when you start a new thread.

I asked a question about deleting and adding a new poll over on the tech boards. I'll see what kind of answers I get. I'll let you know.

Holly- poor Tyler- I hope he got some good sleep last night. My kids were really tired too.

Sorry I haven't been around much. It was a crazy week. They scheduled my surgery for 3/6/13, but still aren't sure how they're getting the tumor out!! Right now, I'm scheduled for both versions of the surgery and they will have to make a final decision this week after another exam. So I'm back in the city on Wednesday and will hopefully get some more answers. It's all very frustrating and nerve wrecking. Josh is coming with me this week and is taking off the day of my surgery, but I don't know how many days he can take off overall. Meanwhile, I've been leaning towards pushing for the abdominal surgery with the mechanical arm so that I can avoid the colostomy bag and the second surgery to remove it, and there were all these commercials on tv yesterday about "bad robot surgery" lawsuits. I can't believe this!

Everyone else is doing well. Olivia had a little show yesterday afternoon with the performance club, and josh and I may get to have dinner together tonight, which would be nice. I'm thinking a lot about what may happen if this surgery doesn't go well and that's weighing on me a lot, so it will be nice if I can take a night to think about happy things with my husband instead.

working on some cool ties for a friend of mine (one of Bendy's friendies) who has breast cancer. the meds she's on will cause hot flashes... sooo... I had to go out and find some mickey fabric...

I can't believe that we made 120 of those things for the PC cruise... never again!!!

I hope you get some rest! Our day was busy but the evening was relaxing. Tomorrow will be relaxing too. Might try to sneak some cleaning in. And after Tyler goes to his dad's, I will have my first visit to Planet Fitness! If they're open....I think they close early on Sundays.
