Thanks Holly. He sounds better and says that he feels better today. So we're back to the packing out grind. Today is kitchen. We can't do everything, but we can do some things. Most of it we're not taking with us. So we should be able to finish the kitchen today.

Our living room is going to take a long, long time to do. I have soooooooo many turtles that need to come with me. hahaha.

Got a collar, some litter, some treats, and one of those fishing rod toys.

Oh and each room is 2 people

And it is 75 days for final payment. Wasn't sure with it being a special itinerary but TA said final is due 7/19. Of course to book everything when it opens for platinum we'll have to pay in full 120 days out anyway.

Monica, do you know what Brazil like? as I was reading one lady complained about her cruise from Barcelona to Brazil and she didnt enjoyed it which is a great shame, I think different erm I forgot how to spell it, silly me.

Oh no you mean both legs now, oh dear, more painful for you, not fair is it!!

I have bad arthitis on my knee, it get worst with cold weather grrrr.

Your arthritis is probably getting worse with the snow that your getting. I hope it goes away and feels better soon.

YES both legs are wrapped now. My left leg has a small wound that has now become infected. My right leg is the bad leg and it's infected too.

The pain is tolerable today, so no drugs are necessary. That's good!

Hello!!!

Had a hard time falling asleep last night....trying to think of what else I needed to do to get the house ready for it's new arrival. There are some things I need to move from the kitchen into the guest room and then I think I'm good. Freckles won't be allowed into the guest room until I can get that straightened out again. Put out the little mat I bought to go under her food/water dish, and now need to decide where her bed should go.

It appears I've caught myself another cold...my sinuses are driving me bonkers!!!

Take something with a decongestant and hopefully you'll feel better soon.

You're going to love having Freckles in your life. One trick.....feed her at night not in the morning. She won't know that it's Saturday or Sunday and that you want to sleep in. She will wake you up if it's feeding time. Ella reminds me every night when it's time. But that I can deal with.

Growing up, my mom would feed our cats in the morning when she went to work at the post office at 5am. On the weekends the cats still wanted to eat at 5am. Mom's bedroom door would be closed, so they came and woke me up.

Just know that whenever you set her time to eat, she is going to pester you to remind you at that time everyday.

We're not making too much progress on the house this week. Yesterday was grocery shopping and cooking so that took most of the day. Today John is sick again. He has a closed up, swollen sore throat. I told him to rest today and try to knock it out. OH WELL, tomorrow is another day.

I made a spot for in my office already. Moved some stuff around so that she has a spot to lay in, where she can watch me & I can reach her to pet her.

I'm pretty sure unless it is on the keyboard or directly in front of the monitor it won't suit her per Sookie these are the only acceptable places.

Though Jasper prefers to lay in the chair behind me and slowly pushes until I'm sitting on just the edge.

That's a perfect place to put her bed. You spend most of your time in the office. Did you put it high up. Cats love high places and sunning themselves. haha.

Sookie and Jasper are funny. They just want to surround you with their love. How funny that they take it literally.

Ella is sleeping right next to me, has to be touching me....actually leaning on me.....and we're on the couch. Except that Ella has a tinkerbell blanket over her and I have to put one end on the back of the couch to make it like a tent for her. She'll sleep there all afternoon.

Angel is at my feet on the other side laying on the floor. I'm surrounded too. haha.
