Oh, good news for me! I finally got my birthday present in the mail today! I used the birthday money from my dad & stepmom to buy ALL SIX Star Wars DVDs in a boxed set. :yay: Purchased on ebay and finally got the set today. So this week will be a Star Wars marathon! :woohoo:

I hope you like them better than I did.

She hasn't even told anybody I'm not leaving after all! So lots of people still think tomorrow is my last day! I was too busy to take time to spread the word

Holly, I totally missed this story.....can you give it to me quickly?

She found a better job and she took it but everyone, including her, was worried that they would not understand how much she has to leave to get Tyler from school. So she asked for the same amount of money and benefits that she was getting from the new job and they told her that she has to wait until her yearly eval but it seems like she will get more than she usually does. I guess she isn't telling anyone yet that she is staying in her old position.

Bubba, why are the pictures so big and why are you posting them again :lmao:

Ya, what she said!

I thought he was doing better for awhile. This is confusing. The threat of not being able to go to those classes wouldn't help him be better?
He was doing a little better in the summer program, but once school started, it all went downhill. He's in trouble almost every day, in the office most days of the week, and sometimes in-school suspension. He's had maybe one good day a week since school started.

The school doesn't want to keep taking priveleges away because he'll just have nothing left and keep hating himself more and more. Their idea is that they should focus heavily on the positive and that rewards are supposed to work better than taking stuff away. The principal is concerned at how his self esteem is so low that after he does this stuff he wishes he was dead, etc. When he's in the office afterwards, he often ends up smacking himself and saying over and over how stupid he is for doing those things, he hates himself, wants to die, etc. He knows not to do the things he does and that's what the problem is. It's impulse control. Personally, I'm about to send him to boot camp.

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: Not funny but soooo funny. I think he may be a little young for that.

Oh, I already KNOW I do. The only one I haven't seen is the most recent movie. When the original Star Wars was in the theaters way back when I was a little kid, I made my dad take me 10 times to see it! :rotfl2: And I had all the character pins they gave out with the Funmeal at Burger Chef! ;)

Bingo! Thanks Gaylean! Well, I've told people, it's no secret, but just haven't had time to tell everybody. So when others come to tell me goodbye tomorrow, I'll sure surprise them! ;)

And our office manager's SUPER mad at me for working out this deal with one of the partners instead of asking her, but the lawyers are my bosses, so of course that's who I'd talk to.

His dad gets PISSED when I tell him this. I'm thinking they have one for younger kids, I think I saw it many years ago on the Maury Povich show! :rotfl2:
