I have a few friends on the extended release Adderrall and I swear someone told me it wasn't a stimulant but you should know more than me Maybe they just said the "speedy" side effects were less I know the people that have tried a few, do like that one best but these are kids with ADD or ADHD.

Makes sense. It wouldn't affect those kids that way, from what I understand from what Kelly posted. I have a friend who used to have to give her daughter a dose or Ritalin at BEDTIME because she was so hyper, the Ritalin would stop her body from moving so that she COULD fall asleep!

That's crazy. I know it calms them down but I think they still have trouble eating and sleeping. I guess everyone really is different.

I don't like popcorn either I have to REALLY be in the mood or starving. I like the cub scouts because they told us there was no pressure to sell a certain amount. They said it sells itself. I hope so because that's pretty much what happened with the girl scout cookies.

That's very true. When I mentioned at work signing Tyler up for scouts, a bunch of people bugged me every day asking when they could buy popcorn! It's crazy, but true. And many people, when we knock on their door, they answer saying "Oh good, I've been waiting for boy scout popcorn" as soon as they see his uniform. It's crazy.

OK, thanks. I never knew that. Never needed to laminate anything! I actually don't think that will work though, because he put some stickers on it that are wood, so they're not flat on the paper. Not sure if that will work.

Brooke wasn't aloud to sell cookies because she was only a Daisy so I never asked one person. They asked me and I sold over 50 boxes. It was OK since I could sell them. I wasn't going to put any effort into it if she couldn't win any prizes.

OK I'm just messing around with this but can anyone tell me the "rumors" we discovered. Would I need a flight to MCO and then a flight home from Copenhagen? If so we aren't going. Someone on one of the rumor threads said that sidestep.com was the cheapest and I looked at this May and it was 2000.00 per person.

Tomorrow is our anniversary and we just picked up a bottle of Korbel. Now we have our plastic champagne glasses to use.

I'm trying Korbel for the first time because you like it and drink it. So I'll let you know what I think after tomorrow.

So glad to hear that you and John are chilling in the water and the shade while enjoying the beautiful sunshine.

The weather here has been sunny and warm and gorgous too. It feels like we're extending our summer since it's cold now in PA.

How was the Magic Kingdom today Deb? Glad it's warm for you! It's so cold here. It was supposed to be 74 today but didn't even reach 70. It's 64 now and will be in the 40s tonight and the 10-day report shows every day in the 60s for the high. Brrrr!

I just took a short nap on the couch while Tyler was coloring and playing army in his room. I was playing with him for a while, but just crashed and new I had to lay down. I woke up to find him sitting at the end of the couch patiently waiting for me to wake up so he could start jabbering away again.

Supper soon, then Tyler's bath, then bed.

That was a good start Ian. I feel more motivated already. Something Dr. Phil said made me think. He said that if you weren't getting thinner you would be bigger by next year I can't handle that.

I had a member return today after being away for 6 months. She had made excellent progress and had lost over 30 pounds, but then she "plateaued."

I'm very happy she came back, however, she gained back the 30 pounds. She told me that she wished she had stayed and continued, because although she wasn't losing, she wasn't gaining.

I have another member who was struggling and seemed to be going up and down the same 2 pounds. Last week suddenly she started to go down again. What's important is that while it might have been frustrating, she didn't give up.

I sometimes think about it like a journey. I'm sure many of us have started out for a destination and have gotten lost. I'm also sure many people then would just give up and go home.

Hi Holly. Magic Kingdom is tomorrow on our anniversary. Today we went for ice cream sundays and it was so worth the wait. I only had a two scoop and couldn't even finish it, but it was so good.

We were at the Millenia Mall. We're meeting Monica at Mimi's there for dinner on Wednesday night. We ran some errands, did some shopping and I got my pedi......hot pink!!

We're doing park one day, off day the next, then park again and off day next. I'm trying to pace myself. The foot and leg are not that swollen. Monica will attest to this because she did inspect so that she could report back here. I'm elevating them every night and during the day on the off days. Now we're back at the hotel and I'm watching football and catching up here. After this I'll elevate again. It's all good!

Cheers. I hope you like it. It is my favorite that I can afford to drink on a regular basis. But expensive doesn't always mean better because I think Moet and Dom are the same on my list.
