Holly, Have you had any good jewelry parties lately?

No, unfortunately, I just haven't had time. With karate, occupational therapy, more karate, working longer on Thurs & Fri when Tyler's gone, etc., I just can't fit it in. I suppose I could fit it in, but I'm worn out enough as it is. I'm about to become inactive soon unless I have a show, but I think I'm just going to let it go (unless I just do an on-line catalog sale) and know that I made a little money on top of getting a whole bunch of free jewelry that I get to keep.

Aw, heck, I was so stressed out this week with Tyler's in-school suspensions and then me having to pick him up and not sleeping as much from being stressed AND the 3 day migraine, I have NO idea what went on here. Sorry!

BUT.....I took a 4 hour nap today, so I should be more coherent this week!

I had a totally crazy night and I don't think it would appropriate to talk about on here. Now I have you all wondering

Florida lost to Ole Miss....I am sure V is in mourning.....or drinking herself silly!!

With USC losing on Thursday, Florida had a chance to be #1 in the nation...not happening now!!

Some were thinking TA... then doing the first cruise, but now since the TA looks like it may be going to the Med first... we're all confused... We're waiting for Oct 7th to decided.. I imagine then all the talking will go crazy after that...

That sounds fun. It's too bad I didn't think about it earlier because Jon's mom is making Ethan's costume. He will be a storm trooper. I know Jon would have loved to dress in Star Wars but she'll never have time now.

Just buy something at one of those Halloween stores. They should be open by now, I'd think.

We have to go to Tyler's dad's tomorrow to get his boy scout uniform so we can work more streets in our neighborhood tomorrow. Tyler was really bummed that his dad didn't remember to send it with us today, but there's a lot of stuff we lug back and forth each week, things are always forgotten at one house or the other.

Oh, here's something funny. The Ice Queen was SOOOOOO happy to see me today, she actually stayed in the house when I picked Tyler up! Shocking, I know! But she sat in her chair, opening mail, and never once looked up. Not even when I said, "Hi everybody" as I walked in or "Bye guys" when I left. Whatever. One thing I noticed, and I feel bad that I didn't even notice it until after we drove away, Tyler didn't say goodbye to her. He used to always give her a goodbye hug and kiss and she would come sit or stand on the front steps with his dad and wave as we drove away. Anyway, if I'd noticed, I would have said, "Tyler, say goodbye to Sheilah". Oops!

This has been going on so long, it's just become regular life for me. Really not a big deal, except once in a while I do have a breakdown. Otherwise, I'm okee dokee! Gotta love St. John's Wort!

It's actually good timing though. I usually am up til 1am my time on Friday nights with you all, but last night I just pooped out early. I was afraid of what I'd have to try to catch up on today, but there wasn't much at all. That was sort of sad.

Here's something else funny. Yes, I'm still putting something small in Tyler's FE for him to find every Saturday when he comes home. By no means is he getting spoiled, I'm talking a couple temporary tattoos, or a dollar store item, etc. Well, since I slept most of the day, I scrounged around in my bedroom to see what I could find. In my suitcase, I had 4 or 5 pieces of chocolate that gets left on your bed on the cruise and one of those was one of the gold foil covered chocolate pirate coins from pirate night. I put those in there with a couple pirate stickers I had around here. He got so excited and told me "Mom, you know, I was starting to think you're the one putting this stuff in here, but now I know it HAS to be Mickey because you can only get these chocolates on the cruise, so it's definitely not you!"

Oh, I've always been a tough cookie because of a ton of major stuff I went through in my past. Pretty much just about anything you can think of, it's happened to me. I suppose the reason for all of that was to make me strong enough to deal with current things. There's a reason for everything, I've always been a firm believer in that. And it's always been true in my life.

I suppose the reason for all of that was to make me strong enough to deal with current things. There's a reason for everything, I've always been a firm believer in that. And it's always been true in my life.

What's funny is that I'm trying to protect my kids from the stuff that made me a stronger person. I don't want them to experience it because it hurt me at the time
