One of the good things we found with booking a QM2 Transatlantic was that the return air fare was like half the return fare. When we try to book a one way air fare ourselves, it can be much more than the return fare!!!![]()
You can also book the flight some time away from the cruise, and if you want a different airport to their norm, you only pay a small deviation fee.
So for example, you could get a flight over to London 3 weeks before the Transatlantic home, and do a N Europe cruise during that time. Trouble is you would have to fly down from NY!
Something to consider! Especially if I can talk JACKIE into spending 1 week in our cottage
