Oh, I plan on telling him just that when the topic comes up again. I believe Tyler will know when he feels ready, and now isn't the time. Who knows, he might be a whole year from now, but I doubt it. The more I think about it, I keep in mind that all kids are different, and I'll re-evaluate when it gets closer to next summer. :thumbsup2

AMEN!

I just wish more parents would realize that.

I think the guy would have loved to see them, it is the female who just never asks, seems interested etc. If she saw us in a photo with Mickey I think she would really think we had lost the plot!!!:rotfl2:

I think Monica has seen all those places. She lives where it is WARM all year. She wants the cold Northern Europe!!:rotfl:

Not exactly the reasoning, but it might not be bad if I have a LG scarf:lmao:

It is very hot - humid not Phoenix hot. I think Rome was the most uncomfortable I have been(ok, perhaps going through the PC was pretty bad!)

Eastern Med is hotter too. Now I would quite like to go over there.

I try to go to Europe in the off season - usually late March/early April if at all possible.

The Northern European cruises only sail May-September so I'm going to aim for late August (I think) that way the extra time spent there won't be soo bad (Amsterdam if point of embarkation or somewhere in England if point of embarkation is either Dover or Harwick).

:rotfl2: Well, it isn't as cold as Alaska to be sure, and can actually be hot at times, but living in the North of England and with the kind of summers we have had recently it doesn't appeal. I think the architecture etc would be amazing though.

I just heard that Hanna has become a hurricane - yeah (major sarcasm)

I've heard amazing things about Copenhagen & St Petersburg. I also want to be able to take a train into Berlin.

Can you just imagine how many pictures I would take in these places?:lmao:

If you went in late August you could stay onboard and do the WB Transatlantic.

Both Copenhagen and St. Petersburg would be wonderful, and Berlin very interesting.

I would have to visit Florida for a photo show!!!:rolleyes1

I think I'll be driving everyone crazy until the new itins come out - just like I did when waiting for the announcement for the PC cruise.

October 7th, right??

I really don't think I'd have to force you to come over :rotfl: And you know you'd be more than welcome :thumbsup2

:)

One of the good things we found with booking a QM2 Transatlantic was that the return air fare was like half the return fare. When we try to book a one way air fare ourselves, it can be much more than the return fare!!!:confused3  You can also book the flight some time away from the cruise, and if you want a different airport to their norm, you only pay a small deviation fee.

So for example, you could get a flight over to London 3 weeks before the Transatlantic home, and do a N Europe cruise during that time. Trouble is you would have to fly down from NY!

You did lose your plot :lmao: If Northern is colder than I'd rather do the other.

Double post!!! Strange that as it looked like it was taking minutes to load, so I ended it, then pressed post again and voila, it had already posted the first time. Odd.
