My HMIL (H is horrible) took them to LA. Don't ask why, I have no idea. I aked her what time she'd be home and she said she didn't know. The last time she had them out this late she didn't even feed them. I hated when she takes them. Jon is at my DBIL house drafting his fantasy football team. I'm about to turn the music on because it's too quiet.

What music did you put on? "I kissed a girl and I liked it" ?

I've got football on TV. Unfortunately our teams losing. They need to win tonight so Ken will enjoy having spent the money to go down there:thumbsup2 It was kids night at the game tonight, so hopefully the girls and our nephew got the free lunchkits they were handing out to the first few thousand kids.:goodvibes

My niece has the peel and stick stuff too. Which is good because she gets "tired of it" (her words - a drama queen at age 6!)

It's when they do things like embed sports equipment or cut out stages into furniture and walls that I always wonder about.

So not "I'm bored" five minutes after you leave the beach :lmao: :lmao:

They said they even need people to hand out bottles of water. It amazes me how they manage to coordinate everything and everybody to get it all done so quickly. I just want to be a part of it to see how it's all done. Well, and for the spirit of helping too, of course.....AND I hope to get a glimpse of Ty! :lovestruc

It was interesting to see how it all actually gets done. Good luck! get pictures and post them ::yes::

Ken is usually pretty good about doing the dishwasher, but lately it needs to be run when he isn't here :sad1: I don't like most cooking and cleaning, but I like the clean house. I do well if I can get it reasonably clean so its easy to maintain, but once we fall behind it seems such a big job, that I just can't get motivated to tackle it. Hmmmm - kind of like my belly :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Can they make a Wii game to clean the house ;)

I agree. But we did Ethan's in Star Wars because Jon still had Star Wars sheets when we moved out :ssst:
That's OK, I have Strawberry Shortcake sheets! Tyler thinks its funny as heck! :lmao:

I think's it time for me to call it a night!

Everyone have a good weekend!

And tell Brooke Happy Birthday!!! Is tomorrow her actual birth date?

No it was the 12th but a lot of our friends were on vacation so we are having it really late.

Yup, he does, but I'd rather pay those places you go and they do everything for you. Like his karate party he had this past June. $150 and it's for unlimited kids, 2 hours long, at the karate school, they decorate for us, they provide the cake and pizza and juice boxes, they run the games with the kids, they pass out the food and cut the cake and also handle the present unwrapping, and they clean up afterwards. It's a small price to pay for being able to just show up and take pictures and enjoy!

Think they do weddings???

Night Lisa... hey... is it strange to be signing off so early and leaving Gaylean to have all the fun??

that's right up there with some of the crazy things that happen on Trading Spaces - like the crazy one where they stapled artificial flowers all over the bathroom wall :scared1: how can you possibly keep that clean and sanitary

I WOULD NEVER LET THOSE PEOPLE NEAR MY HOUSE!!!! :scared1: :scared1: :scared1: (and I'm NOT kidding!!!) Hay on the walls... my butt... :sad2:

I try to use mostly paper plates when Darrell is gone so I won't have to run it more than once.

I'd settle for reasonably clean - Darrell thinks you should move all the furniture every time you vaccumm:scared1: So he gets to do it. We bought a new vaccumm about 2 years ago and I don't know how to operate it.

I agree with Darrell but Im sure I don't do it as often as he does. If that vacuum comes out, it is getting everything done!

Hello.. My name is Michelle and I still haven't picked a color to paint my bedroom in... (it's ONLY been 3 years with the paint chips on the wall... :rolleyes1 )

That's fantastic - I mean that you don't know how to use the vacuum. Moving all the furniture should be a once or twice a year thing, but if he enjoys it, great!

I like themed rooms, but I like them easily changeable. We did Shaelyn's room all Disney princesses and Tinkerbell when we moved her out of the baby room 3 years ago. Most of it is removable peel and stick so it can be changed fairly easily, plus she's a princessy girl so we figured it would be good for at least 5 years. Not sure what to do with Kaleigh. She's already 3-1/2 and still sleeping in toddler bed. Soon she'll be too long for her bed, and then we have to figure out what to do.:confused3
Tyler was too long for his toddler bed when he turned 3. It was very sad because it was a firetruck bed, so he was devastated to get rid of it. Keep in mind how he thinks he's a firefighter! So I took pictures of him with it, plus I had pictures from the day he got it, so he was a bit better able to handle losing that bed.

I would love to come up there but I'm sure there isn't much I haven't seen. Jon's mom kept all his toys and collectibles from when the original movies came out. We have all that and now everything from the new movies. It's too much. he just bought some collectible posters but he will never take them out of the tin so I'm not sure what they are for. We have a crazy friend that takes the character toys and uses them as wall paper on his walls. George Lucas is one rich man.

the boys can talk toys and we can dance - it'll be great:goodvibes :goodvibes

I think it is Dido. It's on random and I'm not familiar with the song but it sounds like her voice.

I thought your post made sense (maybe I've had too much rum/coke) I love coloured money - its so easy to tell the bills apart. Of course that's what I've always had, so I always feel like I've got play money when I have american money :lmao: :lmao:
Well, you did say earlier you're right about on track with me, just a few hours behind, so I'm not surprised you were able to follow my logic! :rotfl2: Too bad we couldn't be in the same time zone, we'd be double trouble! ;)

 when did they start the $1 coins in US? I got some in change coming home from our cruise and that's the first I knew you had them.

I remember silver dollar coins when I was a kid.

They keep trying to bring back the $1.00 coin without much success, which is sort of a shame, because of the lifespan of a dollar bill and the cost of printing them is so high.

It must be the name. That's my middle name and my kitchen is done and the rest of the house is still bare. We've been here 4 years.

Then you'd have a hang over all weekend :scared:
Oh no I won't, because I don't have to get up tomorrow morning! You might not remember, but last Saturday I slept until 3pm! Well, I did get up for a short time in the morning but went right back to bed and slept all day. That helped me recover. :thumbsup2
