I swear I would go.....but it is the 2nd week of school.....maybe I could talk a few of my girlfriends into going.....or maybe my husband (that would be a very novel event in my household....my husband and I taking a vacation together??) (actually I think the reason we have stayed together so long is our separate vacations.....:lmao: :lmao: )

Come on!!! You can talk him into going, you really can. Just tell him how wonderful all the PC WB Repo folk are!!!

Well, we are going out for the evening to friends, so will say goodbye now.

Have a good day all.

I feel a bit emotional about the Magic setting off on her return trip though the PC.
Me too! But I do want to watch for them on the Panama Canal webcam. It would be neat to see and remember when it was us.

We had a fun time at church this morning. It is the Holiday Bible Club this week, and it began this morning. What a laugh. The theme is Ronnie's Rock n Roll Diner - all 50's style with the opening film copying Happy Days, but with the leaders. So well done. The church, which is a typical Anglican building(but a very informal Anglican 'church') was all decked out like a diner. We learned the theme song with actions, watched the first of their brilliant sketches and listened to a children's message etc. Going to be a brilliant week for the children I think.

Somehow I never thought of things getting wild in the C of E.

Well, Tyler's dozing on the couch. I guess I wore him out! We went for a couple hours to a small airfield about 20 miles south of us for an event they called aviation day or something like that. It was free, and was just a bunch of small planes around to look at. People who own their own planes could fly in for the event and to let everybody look at their planes, and there was one Marines plane and one that would give you a ride if you signed up for a one year membership at an air museum up north in Michigan. And they were giving helicopter rides for $25/person. We didn't do either of those, just taking advantage of something free to do. The only thing we paid for was Tyler's hotdog lunch. :thumbsup2 It was fun, but he doesn't handle heat well, so I think that's what did him in. I would have taken the cool tie from Michelle, but I didn't think it would be hot. So he fell asleep on the way home, and was crying and grumpy when I had to wake him up in our driveway. He's 62 pounds and way to heavy for me to carry! He grumbled the whole way to the couch, telling me how mean I am for not letting him sleep. :lmao: Then promptly fell back asleep as soon as he hit the couch. ;)

Fun day! Now to figure out what we'll do when he wakes up. Probably head to the library. Haven't been in a while and have some very overdue stuff.

I'm back from working and leading another 3 WW meetings.

It's the slow period so attendance numbers are down, but it was a great morning. In my 9:30 AM meeting I had one member, a woman who has so far lost 45 pounds and another, a guy who has lost as of today 52 pounds. Both started in my meetings. I'm so proud of them.

I weighted in and lost 2.2 pounds this past week, which is not too shabby for a birthday week. I have also been eating a ton, but have been focusing on low energy density foods, and practicing a bit more of stop, rest and assess.

Today we're heading out to a Greekfest that is happening about 8 blocks north of us.

I'm just so happy to have an afternoon to myself.

According to Mrs Bennet, we leave for LAX in 19 days.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICHELLE
HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY

I've cheated again and borrowed this from someone, can anyone tell who???

We have had a totally lazy weekend.

The boys went to the track yesterday 8am to 7:30 pm :sad2: :sad1: Molly and I get lonely when they leave us

She and I did laundry, picked up the house, cleaned the bunny cage, and played on our computers. Pretty Boring.

Today, was woken with a kiss  and an omellet (he feels bad for leaving for a whole day) now Paul and Molly have the dog out for a wash and Wilson and I are hanging out. Which means watching tv and playing on computers. I broke down and bought an online game yesterday.

Paul did finally give in and tell Wilson he can buy a Wii. Wil & Molly are putting their money saved together and getting one. Now the question is where from. Seems Target is always out, might try eBay...

Sounds like a relaxing weekend Nan. :goodvibes

I can't remember the last time Tyler took a nap. I can't believe he's been asleep for an hour so far. And slept 12 hours last night. Must be about to grow. :thumbsup2 He needs to grow taller to balance out his weight. ;)

Good morning everybody!
We stayed up too late last night watching the Olympics, and unfortunately DD3 has an internal alarm clock that doesn't have a snooze button ;) She and I will have to have a nap this afternoon. Oh well, best to get up and get busy before it gets too hot.
The Women's Volleyball between US and Poland was really good - I like watching close games.:) Managed to stay awake and see the first of the rowing events last night, but I fell asleep before the mens event and now the power went out so I'm not sure if this post will even go anywhere.:confused3

EDIT: OOOPS this is Shannon, not Ken. Logged in with the wrong one.

I'm back - again.

Spent last Sun at WDW - will post picture when I get a chance to upload them. So now we have our AP's and are ready for meets!

Then was in DC from Mon until Thursday. Have spent the last 2 days trying to get most of the unpacking completed. The guest bedroom is completed and the kitchen is almost done. Plan to tackle the master bedroom tomorrow followed my by the scrapbook/office room. Oh and we have company arriving Thursday so that should help with the motiviation :scared1:

DC was great -the weather was perfect. Only did a little sight seeing - Jefferson and FDR monuments. Had never been to the FDR monument before - loved how it was done.

I'm about 50 pages behind and not sure if I can catch up before they lock this thread. Tonight we're heaading out to PF Changs and to see the x-files movie since it seems to be disappearing quickly.

Hope everyone is doing well - and Belated happy birthday's to Michelle and Ian. (Did I miss anyone else's?)

We found a Wii Fit at Target last weekend.

Shannon, your nap idea for this afternoon sounds wonderful! I might sneak a quick one in right now before Tyler wakes up. And I already had one this morning too! We got up at 7, and after breakfast and playing a bit with Tyler, I slept for 2 more hours on the couch. I felt sort of bad about doing that to him, but he cleaned the bathroom floor while I dozed, did stuff in his room, had a yogurt for a snack, and picked up a few toys, so at least somebody was being productive today! ;)

Greetings from Rarotonga, a Cook Island in the South Pacific. This is our third stop. So far we have stayed on Atiu and Aitutaki. It's truly paradise.

Unfortunately, we will miss Ian and Sukie's big day, but I'm sure it will be a splendid occasion.

Paul and Wilson were out at the track? Don't you think Wilson is a tad young to be playing the ponies?

Regarding the Wii, Circuit City has them and I saw them last weekend at Costco.
