Oh, I am tearing up now, just reading your post! I know how you feel, I had to start on depression medication about 10 years ago. I do know that depression runs in my family.....sometimes it's genetic, and sometimes it's due to stress, both of which I've had.

I just consider it a disease like diabetes.....you just got to teke your meds whether you want to or not!

I agree Connie...Definately a disease... and you need to take care of it and yourself... you are stronger than you think!!!

I booked for 24 Oct for Eastern with Disney Cruise but remember it is DUMMY OR DUMMIES as I don't think we can afford it next year

Gas/petrol/foods go up more expensive now

When this Nov/Dec when we hear the announcement for 2010 then we might change it to 2010.

I still go to New York next year .

Gaylean... it was the cheap motel that they went to... The tops were just for show...

What did you do with the whips?

You wound the whip cord round the groove at the top of the top and kind of quickly shot it out on the ground. Then if you had a good spin, you kept whipping it to keep it going. You could do patterns on the top with chalk which looked cool spinning.

One can only hope...How much fun could we have had with that song! I haven't got the album yet, I should go and pick it up. Oh heck I'll just put it on the ipod!

I didn't watch last night SYTYCD yet, but I hope that twitch is not voted off tonight. I feel like it's coming for him.

I could leave now, I'm all signed out. But, I have to wait for a bit so my co-workers can feed me some goodies! The medical center will have a "Tea" for me on Aug 11 (I'll come back for a couple of hours) for all the employees. I did not give them much notice (2 days) as to when I was actually leaving, so that left them without much planning time to get a room reserved, etc. That is a good thing though because Dennis can come with me that day. He worked here for several years also and it will be nice for him to see his friends once more also.

That sounds great - I could use some goodies right now! Well, actually my tastebuds want them, but my butt doesn't need them.

Completely Off-topic - the girls watch me do WiiFit and they now recognize the CarolWii when she's standing there doing stepping or throwing me a hula-hoop!

I think the end is coming for him. Overall everybody did good last night, but Joshua did really well, so I think he's probably into the finals, and it'll be twitch or Mark going home tonight. Mark's pretty weird, so he might lose out to Twitch's humour.

Thanks, problem with all this is I don't feel sick, no pain or anything. I was told I have blood in my urine after a yearly physical last week and am now going through a bunch of tests. I haven't seen any and have no pain so don't know what is up.l

There's always somebody selling candy bars, or catalog stuff, but mostly kids get their parents to do it at work, so not too many kids come door to door. I'm a sucker for the girl guides and boy scouts if they come around in their uniforms.

MADD drives me crazy - I've donated to them a couple times right after I had Shaelyn, and then they call all the time, so I've finally told them to stop calling. There was also issues with that group having very high admin costs, so very little raised actually went were donors thought it would.
