Tell me I have a DCL :boat: cruise and I WILL be packed in 5 minutes and in the car. If I am pressed for time I will use the bathroom, grab a tooth brush and credit card and be ready to go :sail:

:thumbsup2 You Betcha' !!

Wow... if they sold women's undies on board... I wouldn't have to pack anything...

is that why I pant???? :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Tween Alert!!!!

My daughter has found her inter-crab...She is mad that dad turned off the cartoons and told her to get dressed and clean her room. She then went to her room to sulk, she got a phone call and I found her in her (dirty) room in her pjs reading. Good thing that friend called...she now has to clean that room to see her friend :woohoo:

The next 3-5 years are going to be hard :headache: Remind me not to kill her :cool2:

Nan... May you survive the teen years and PMS... Just remember... RUM...

Wow it was a long tiring, hard work day. People were very rude and grumpy. They were yelling at us b/c we didn't have what they wanted. By the time I left I was ready to run far away. I have to go back tomorrow though.
Matt spent the day at my mom's doing her outdoor christmas lights. THen he took me to get our tree!!! We found it right away and then went to Sam and Andy's to eat. The tree is up and we will decorate tomorrow. The cats are doing very well. Chrissy carried on a conversation with the tree, and all of them sniffed it. PJ tried to eat it but got over that quickly. I then made Nuts and Bolts, which I love and crave this time of year. Now I am really tired.

Tomorrow we are going to get an Angel Tree gift. We don't need much for christmas and since I love buying toys and clothes for kids this will be fun. I work next door to a Walmart so we will just pick one off the tree there. I normally hate walmart but occasionally go there, (right now they have $4 disney sleep pants). The mall has no toy store and Matt likes one stop shopping.

I made a button to share on Facebook as Flair but some of the PC cruisers have no Facebook page so I am sharing it here too.

We cleaned out the garage today looking for the Xmas cards we made on the cruise...never found them (in the garage) but it's clean now, well started to get clean, I've made my stacks of ebay boxes to get working on...and I found the cards, in the house, where I told Paul I thought they were last night...oh well the garage needed it. We are hoping to move out alot of crap (so my butt will look smaller) and so that Paul can work on the new kart in the garage, rather than go over to his friends house and work on it.

I'm tired and sore. Wish we had a hot tub tonight.

Good Morning Starshine (and Nan)!

You all weren't nearly as chatty as I thought you would be overnight.

I'm a bit nervous about this morning, given that the new plan is launched today at the WW meetings, but I'm about as ready as I'll ever be.

When I get home, I'll be staying in. Sukie will be leaving for work in the late afternoon and I still have one remaining performance evaluation to write. But it's an easy one.

Nothing like procrastinating, huh?

I have been asked by our Christmas Card manager to post my dates again.

We are at Saratoga Springs until Thursday 11th December.

We have 1 night up at the Royal Pacific Resort at Universal.

We have 4 nights at the Beach Club from 12th - 16th December, then we fly home.

No pressure - i'm not begging!!!!:lmao: :lmao:

Good to know....since I haven't mailed mine yet! Off to the Beach Club it will go!

Just doing a quick DIS check in, then I WILL get the dining room table cleaned off so I can pay bills and do my holiday cards. I have a little trouble getting started on chores before the sun comes up! :sunny: OK.....I have a little trouble getting started on chores period! :lmao:
I'm thinking I will take a long weekend in January for some household projects.

OK....off to make a cup of tea and attempt full consciousness.

.

Probably partly because I was gone overnight and half of today. ;)

Well, we survived last night. Me, just barely. We got there at 9pm and after listening to the rules, we found a place to dump our stuff and headed to the pool. Tyler was excited about the water slide, but he couldn't go because the lifeguards make you pass a swimming test first. We didn't even bother, because he can't swim. He freaks out if his head gets underwater and the slide dumps you WAY underwater. No problem, he was still happy in the kiddie area. In addition to the slide area and the pool with swimming lanes, there was a zero-depth walk-in pool with lots of places where water shoots up, and buckets up high that randomly fill with water and dump on you (which surprisingly didn't freak him out when he got dumped on), etc. REALLY fun!

We swam until about 11:30, then Tyler asked if we could go to the skating rink. While I waited for him to get dressed, I was watching the kids on the rock climbing wall. So cool! When he came out, I told him he's just got to watch for a bit (because he was scared at the sight of the wall and convinced he'd never try it). Well, after watching a short while, he wanted to try that before skating, once he saw there's no way you can fall. He didn't make it even one step off the ground, but at least he tried and tried until they made him stop to give somebody else a try.

Next we made it to the skating rink. We skated until almost 1am. I haven't been on roller blades in about 15 years, so I was shocked that I could still do it just as fast as normal without falling. Super fun! I'm thinking of joining this YMCA just because of how cool the pool is and for the great exercise of skating (in addition, of course, to all the other exercise opportunities there for both me and Tyler - the kids yoga looks cool).

After skating, it was time for pizza at about 1am. Yummy! After pizza we went back skating, then that switched to soccer, which Tyler has no idea how to play, so he was really getting in the way and was irritating everybody because his idea of playing soccer was to knock everybody down to get the ball and kick it towards whichever goal was closest. After I realized he wasn't accidentally doing this, I had to yank him off when I saw how angry other kids were getting. A reminder not to use our hands, not to shove, etc.

Headed next to the basketball court to shoot hoops because they had a shorter one for the littler kids. Tyler had no interest in that, so we checked out what was going on in the racquetball courts. Dodgeball in all courts, so he was happy with that for about an hour.

One dad was laughing at me because he told me I looked like I was sleepwalking. I wanted to slap him and tell him to shut the heck up, but I just told him it's past my bedtime and I don't think I can make it much longer. I think this was about 3am. He said, "Well, I take it you don't stay up late very often." Um....nope, I don't! Anyway, we had plopped our sleeping bags down in front of the rock climbing wall once it closed because there was a soft and springy pad there. I somehow managed to get Tyler out of the dodgeball game when the teenagers were starting to act crazy (there was only one other young kid left by then) and a bit mean. I told him we can take a small break and read his magazine he brought. The minute he sat down, he actually fell backwards onto his pillow, asleep instantly. I think this was 3:30.

I didn't manage to fully fall asleep because I could hear shoes squeeking on the basketball court the whole time, until they stopped at 6am when everybody started leaving. Managed to get Tyler up and walking just long enough to get into the car, he cried the whole way because he was tired, confused, and not fully awake, slept the whole 10 minute ride home, and managed to get inside and into bed. We got up today at noon, had breakfast, and are now sleepily headed out to get prescription refills for us both, will come home to have lunch (yup, already hungry again from all the action last night), and hopefully do our Christmas decorating today. :thumbsup2

Hopefully a nap later, and we both want to go sledding too! :goodvibes
