Here's our thoughts on a reunion visit:
We'd have to bring the kids and we'd look at going for 5-7days to make travel time worthwhile. We could do either Feb or Sept, but Sept is probably more affordable.

Here's our thoughts on a reunion visit:

In my opinion September would be better but it kind of sounds like more people could do February. I think we need more info from more people. I'm thinking Deb said that John couldn't get time off then. It will be summer here in September so if you want to utilize the sun (meaning beach or pools) you would want to come in September. It will be hot at DL in Sept.

Gaylean, I think Deb said she wasn't sure if John would have holidays, because he has to earn them before they can plan a trip.

And we've gone swimming in hotel pools in Feb and Oct in DL. As long as its a sunny day, its possible.

nothing really they just scare me, balloons too, I hate the pop

Maybe we should make a list of everyone that wants to come in Feb and Sept. How long could you stay for each month and could you bring the kids? I think a long vacation should be based on all things.

Today Wilson asked if he and I could go for just his birthday since it's a free ticket. I told him his birthday was on a school day and he said, "so, I'll miss school, cool." I asked him if he was really serious and I think he was. So....he and I might fly down for just the day, play and fly back at night. I have to talk to Paul and see if he is okay with that, and if we can get a cheap flight, but might just be a fun way to spend the day with him. Seems he wants some mommy/son alone time these days.

We've done it too but I'm just trying to weigh the pros and cons. I really don't care. We do need to start thinking about our camping trip though because some of the places we have to book 7 months in advance.

Michelle wasn't involved in that conversation. It was me, Bubba, Nan, Marr and Chocolate guy but Marr was the only one who put me to sleep. I would never say that if she were still here
