So I'm typing this on my laptop while I'm burning backup DVDs of my photos on my desktop. I got all my trip photos done, but have several more to go.

Thanks for the incentive to get this done!!!:goodvibes

Well , I finally check in the morning and had to go to page two to find us.

Hope everyone has a great day. :goodvibes

I never commented on this. You are so cool. How do I make one of my own?

Make one or keep it yourself?

If you just want to use it, I think you got that down - just link to the site I posted it on.

To make your own - you have to create an animated gif file using whatever creative software you prefer (I use Adobe Photoshop Elements) that can make animated gifs.

Truth be known, this one was a cheat, I just took the regular blue one and just coloured the hair on all the layers. Time consuming but pretty simple really.

Hi All....we're back from brunch and had a wonderful time. The atmosphere and food was perfect....but the bubbly was the best part! Here's the pics.

The building we had brunch in:

Another building on the grounds. It was a huge place with many buildings, but not all the pics came out clear.

Here's the scenery from up there:

Pennsylvania is such a pretty state. I sometimes miss the east.

I was unloading my camera from my trip to Winnipeg and I came across this series of pics I took from the plane ride home:

I was just playing with my camera but it dawned on me that a few of you may have never seen this happen, right Gaylean? ;)

Our national/regional meeting yesterday was really inspiring. It was probably about 2000 people.

They showed a video of some members who lost more than 100 lbs and it was really inspiring. People who's lives were transformed.

One woman told how she had collapsed on her stairs and could not walk up to her bedroom and how desperate she had become. She reached her goal and lost over 120 pounds.

A guy who lost over 100 pounds talked about how when he started he couldn't walk and now he runs marathons.

Another older woman lost 140 pound THREE times. She finally figured out that she needed to keep coming to meetings to keep the weight off.

It was remarkable and inspiring.

I used to see that daily every winter when I worked for UPS at the airport outside. :thumbsup2

But Ken... That's why we have you.... :worship: :worship: :worship:

Well all... quiet day...

The pebble is back... :headache:

& I've lived under the cloud of vicodin all day...

It's cold dark and I'm hungry...

Good news... I have heat, turned on the light and dinner is in 1/2 an hour...

There was white fluffy stuff coming out of the sky today... :cloud9:

I know Marilyns away..

Anyone hear from Deb today?

Hi Michelle, I'm here. I just got in. I was out all day today. Had a mamo scheduled and it's an hour away from the house and I had to go to my GP's office first to pick up the written order. So John stayed home and drove me and we were gone most of the day.

The mamo tech lady really hurt me a lot. I used to get 4 pictures taken total, but today they did 9. The lady that used to do them was very gentle, but not this lady she just grabbed hard and hurt, then the machine hurt too of course. Anyway I'm glad that's over with. Next week I have to see the GP for my annual check up and then see the woman doctor in his office for another annual check up. I always do all my routine appointments in November near my birthday so that I remember to do the appointment and to get a clean bill of health for my birthday.

Glad to see you're back - it's been quiet today... not that I didn't sleep through most of it...

BTW... you should put a disclaimer to Bubba on your last post... TMI!!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

So sorry to hear that the stubborn pebble is back again. A day spent on vicodin is like a day spent in la la land.

On our way home today we stopped at Carvel and picked up the ice cream cake. Fudgie looks so cute I can't wait to eat him tomorrow.

Well... have a slice for me... and just remember that my favorite part is the crunchies... although the fudge may do it too...

Did you finish your bubbly yet?

We have to get you one of those champagne corkers so you can savor it for a bit...

Hahaha.....I tried to be as discreet as possible. Sorry Bubba. Women have to do these things....it's just part of it all.

BUBBA DON'T READ THIS.......

Newsflash, the woman in the office today was verifying my info and it reminded me that it's been ten years since I had my last hot flash. WOW did that make me feel old and used up. Then she asked if all my pertinent inside parts were still in there. Oh, that just makes me feel like a used car ready for the junkyard.

When I asked her why we had to take 9 pictures today instead of the 4 that I'm used to......her answer was "gravity." EEK!!!:scared1:

Well... I guess I'm still a baby... I'm still getting those short tropical vacations!!! :upsidedow

Gotta go eat din din... be back later!!!

I will think of you as I chew.

Did you finish your bubbly yet?

There may be a half a glass left. I'll save it for tomorrow with cake.

We have to get you one of those champagne corkers so you can savor it for a bit...

We HAVE one or two of those.....being the champagne girl that I am.....I'm always prepared.
