Ian, Paul can't get the syrup to thicken...I might have to call and interupt your dinner for advise...and the boy does good at peeling them potatoes, next year I suggest we place him and Sukie on the back porch for a peel off. And no one need warn me about Sukie influencing my son, I'd be more worried about the other way around, Sukie might just take up racing Ms. F around the neighborhood in a flight of go-kart fantasy

My sister and I are going to see Twilight for the second time. we've been listening to the entire series and are in love with it.

I plan to see it again this weekend too. Glad to hear the books are on tape. We took our sister-in-lawl to the movie and now she wants to read the books, but really has more time for listening to them during her commute.


Turkey dinner was yummy, even the Costco green beans! Peg and Jose have gone for a walk so I'd thought I'd pop in here. Faith keeps coming to the chair and pawing me...I think she understood Peg when I said I'm not waiting for them to get back before I dig into the PIE!

Oh..,..now she's 'sassing' me. Better go make us some pie.

Hi Michelle....no bubbly today.....their champagne by the glass is too sweet for my liking and I couldn't do a whole bottle today....I took half a pain med and I'm on antibiotics. I only had a cosmopolitan. It was festive and matched the color of my dress and nail polish. I was very color coordinated.


Thanks. hahahahaha no New Year's ressies. I think we'll stay home for that one.


We have decided to do Christmas eve dinner here too. We'll have Ray and the kid and Tom with us. We looked into ordering from a gourmet grocer locally. You can get a fully cooked thanksgiving meal with turkey and all the trimmings for a party of 8-10 people for $100. Me and John decided to do that. Then we'll have leftovers. None tonight....they wouldn't let us.....against policy, etc., yadda yadda.

It was really good. Bubba and I went to Black Angus for lunch and on Sat we are having the family dinner.

Nice but quiet... Mom and I had our neighbor Joyce in for dinner... We had Green Bean Cassarole and toasted Ian's dog picture that I had printed and put on the desk in the dining room...

There's still pie left so I'm happy...
