LOL! He's so sweet. I've never had a man call me beautiful before. Never had a man told me I deserve to be spoiled. So even if we just stay friends, that's a great kind of friend to have, so it's a good situation all around! Nonstop texting and flitting from his house to mine for visits to chat. Very nice!

I'm headed up to Jacksonville on Sunday, to see the guy. Things still going well, even though the schedules are not working in our favor. He's not had 2 days off in a row since I got back from the Hawaiian cruise, so not too happy about that. We do talk/text still almost every day, but it's not the same.

He works until 930p on Saturday and back in at noon on Sunday (til 5pm), so we figured it'd be better for me to go up Sunday & spend the night, back on Monday. I took Monday off. I plan to be up there about noon on Sunday & if the weather is nice, I'll hang out on the beach. That's where he will find me. I may do that as well for a little time on Monday before heading back home.

I think everyone is up to date with the fact that I chopped my hair off finally (past Sunday). Feels weird not to have all the hair on my neck - nice, but weird.

Well.. the QM is off on her Journey with the unroyal brother to the Cape of Cod...

Took forever to get her out of the house. Yesterday she couldn't find her license.. then today she couldn't find her favorite earrings...

I started to get the idea she really didn't want to go on this trip.



Last night we went up to the Saratoga County Fair. Lots of fun.. good food... and of course Pig racing!!! (Tyrone the Terrible didn't win though... sooo disappointed...)

Uh oh......I can't remember the places where he works! I think one is the Aloha Bar on weekends. But the fact that I've forgotten where he works, I think means the fantasy guy has been replaced with a real guy.

Left work early today, at 3pm. We ran out of stuff to do, so Jan pushed me out the door. Went home and took a 2 hour nap! WONDERFUL!!!! Feel rested and ready for my late night family fun.

I really want to organize all my stitching supplies.. can't do that with others around because I have to spread it all out on the living room floor and can't have too many people walking through. there's a lot of stuff I'd like to work on and lots of stuff also to donate to local stitching groups...

Bad news about dinner tonight. One of Loie's physical disabilities caused by his car accident is extreme migraines due to problems from closed head injury, and today he ended up with one about 3 hours before dinner. So bad that his dad almost took him to the hospital. Poor guy is stuck in a dark room alone to try to get rid of it, but meds are finally kicking in because we're texting like crazy. Anyway, I was sitting here just wondering when he was going to come get me for dinner, then his parents both came over with a tray for me. He apologized for the late hour but explained that they don't break fast until 10pm, which I already knew, but he felt horrible about me starving until then. I assured him I had a snack so I wasn't starving and had been looking forward to the meal. Gave his mom a HUGE hug (but not dad because I think it's not appropriate for them). Dad explained all the foods to me. SO YUMMY!!!!

So I found a website about Saudi etiquette and it said bringing flowers for the hostess is a good idea when invited for dinner. I bought a nice boquet today that I was planning on taking to her, but since I didn't go over for dinner, what should I do? Take it over to her when I return the tray they brought the food on?
