Oh good grief.....as Holly would say.....Ray's bank account got hacked and now he has four fraudulent charges plus an overdraft fee and his account is locked. I have to pay Mrs. Bush for him tomorrow. So I just called and asked to pay them next week when I get paid. But I was going to use my check for vacation in two weeks. At this point I have to hope that his bank resolves the fraud charges before I have to leave for vacation so that I can use his money because I'll be using mine to pay his bills. What a mess!! We found out yesterday that the fraudulent charges are a singles website, two charges for a porn website and another charge for six porn films....totalling over $1200 plus $140 in overdraft fees. Neither Ray nor I ordered these things for sure. Let's hope the vendors refund and credit the account in a timely manner. Yesterday they said it could take 10-15 business days. If that's the case, I may have to cancel my vacation. I have to see how things work out before deciding to do that. It's the worst possible timing for this to happen.

Deb.. check with the police in the town that Ray lives in. It MAY help you to file a police report about it.

Also tell the bank you want the $ replaced right away... you are dealing with the life of a Sr. Citizen who depends on the money to stay at Mrs. Bushs... I can come and picket if you need...

so....it took me 20 1/2 hrs from when I took the pill to feel ok. I will NOT be doing that again.

I didn't take anything last night, & fell asleep at 1am. I think I'll try a 1/4 of a pill tonight.

If I have to cancel. I'll just push it back a month or so, but I'm still coming. I just won't be able to do all the plans that I have already made.....so that really sux. AND I have plane tickets already. But what can you do. Bills come first and I'm one account down. Today is my third day working with the bank all day and the vendors and trying to get everything resolved. This bank is not the best. It's where my mom and Ray had their account. I think I might have to switch the account over to my bank when all of this is settled. It's a nightmare.


THE WORST part is that it's my 21st anniversary and me and John missed being together for our 20th because my aunt died and I went to Florida. Oh well, if we don't get to go on our anniversary at least we'll be together this year.

So happy today's Thursday...connected to FRIDAY!!!

Fell asleep about 230am....but woke up feeling better than I did yesterday. Didn't take a pill (or any portion of it)....will have to look up what Holly commented on.

So glad that the season is starting up again!! I decided that I can't cut off the cable....I will be cutting off the land line soon tho, so if anyone wants to reach me after that, you'll have to make sure you have my cell number.

Shell, Ray's legal address is my house. We live rural remember. We don't have local town police. I would have to call a State Trooper to file a police report and I don't want to make a claim involving a bank account. Ray's card was already hacked. I don't want to bring anymore attention to it and it has already been cancelled. The worst part is dealing with the local bank. When all the dust settles, I'll move the account to my bank. It's larger and it handles these matters so much more efficiently.

The bank won't even refund the overdraft charges until the vendor places a credit first. As of today I have a two vendors that have refunded and the bank credited me half of the overdraft charges. I just have two more charges by the same vendor that seems not to be getting refunded yet. They said 10-15 business days. So I don't have that money back yet and I'm still being charged the overdraft fees for those two transactions. It's a very slow process.

I just don't have the fight in me. I will play by their rules and then move the account. Done!

I'm about to begin a weight loss program of Kaylee's. I have no idea what's involved but she promised to whip us into shape. I'm all for it. I'll let you know how it goes. I just want to lose more than 1-2 lbs. a week. I have so far to go and that's just too slow for me....even though it's easy to do.

I have also started walking in the house and doing stairs and legs and arms while holding water bottles for weights. I have to get physical. So we shall see if this works for me. I'm very hopeful and committed.

Me too.....I not only gained all my weight back but then I added another 30lbs. I have to put the brakes on and go the other way. I want to do it a little faster than 2lbs a week. I have way too far to go.

We will all look good in our Hawaiian bathing suits. BUT NO PICTURES!!!!
