KATHE!! Sent you an email!![]()
You have anything to do with this coming about?
ME??? heheehehe
Kathe, when we were PMing that morning and you had to hang up with DCL and leave, I was very sad thinking you wouldn't be able to get on or change your mind. I'm glad to see clear heads have prevailed and friends have made it possible!
So....what cabin are you in, where are you on the ship, are you GTY?
Inquiring minds want to know.
TWO WEEKS TILL BOARDING THE WONDER!
.
Hi All......
We got assigned a venue to have the Champagne Girls on the Alaska cruise. YEAH!!!! Now we're official. We're having it in the Cadillac Lounge. I've never been in there, but I'm sure it's fine.
I have never been so unprepared to go on any trip and we'll be gone for 3 weeks. EEK! I better get busy.
With a little help from my friendsI've been awakened to my senses
I'm going to Hawaii![]()
Ask Deb... she's on most of them...![]()
Hey friend.......I really like the Cadillac lounge Deb, it should be a good place for the CGs!Maybe we can get it for Hawaii too, see what you think after your trip
Hope you get all your preparations done for your upcoming trip...have fun.......and see you next April!.... and all the rest of the thieves coming to Hawaii too!

I think there are 9 sea days Deb.Plus a day in Ensenada where you might not want to get off the ship.
So I have a wound doctor appointment today at 11:00am. It's now 11:30am and I'm not there.
I got up early this morning so I could eat something and then take 1/2 a vicodin. Then I waited two hours and ate some more and took another 1/2. I knew today was going to be extemely painful so I wanted a full pill in me when I went.
Then me and John get into the truck and head down the road only to find that the brakes were not working. John had to pump them hard only to get a little bit of brakes to work. We're in the mountains. It's curvy and hilly plus it's raining and the windshield wipers didn't work. We just spent $3k in repairs on this truck and got it inspected. It was all working when John brought it home from the shop two weeks ago.
The only one who has driven it since John brought it home from the shop has been the kid. He never told us there was any problems. I want to ring his neck. We had to turn around and go right back home. I rescheduled the appointment. John took off for nothing. I took the vicodin for nothing.
I have to rent a car and go to the doctor appointment on Friday now. John can't take another day off so the kid will have to drive me. I am so through with living with John's son. There are so many things like this that happen all the time because of him. John said he probably ran something over and ripped the brake line and it's leaking fluid. The brake shoes have to be good or they would not have passed inspection. The worst part is that the kid said nothing to us. I just want to kill him. He's 38 years old, but he's worse than living with a teenager. I can't wait to cut the apron strings when we move to Florida in two years. Finally, we will be rid of him. He moved in with us temporarily while he went to school during our second year of marriage. We're married 20 years this year. I've had enough!!
Oh my goodness, that could have been so very bad Deb. Glad you are both ok even though you are mad and annoyed of course! I hope you and John can at least enjoy a little down time together instead.![]()
Hahaha......it just so happens that I do know which one Gydell is talking about.....it's the Alaska cruise. I know because I'm on that list. It's for the group brunch at Palo. I'm giving up my private ressies and I'm joining the group.
John says too many cruises in one year is too much. He only wants to do one a year again. He doesn't even want to go to Alaska. He wants me to cancel and we leave in ten days. EEK!! Neither one of us has even started getting ready. We're going on a wing and a prayer.

Ohhh get him on the ship... give him a nice drink with an umbrella in it and let him have a sea day or two to himself... then mention cruising out of NY next year...
Ohhh 10 sea days..
If it makes you feel any better... my battery died the day I had to go for my dentist appt... and I'm 47 and I still haven't moved out (if you don't count college...)
