She's doing really good... I'm surprised...
She got home last night - I picked up some chinese because she likes their egg drop/wonton soup... little did I know how starving she was... she ate two plates!!!

Other than some Motrin, she's not really in any pain. I guess your eyelid doesn't have alot of nerve endings.
It was a really bad skin cancer. She will freely admit that she is a stubborn pain in the A$$ about getting things done so it is her fault. She had to go to the MOHS surgeon at one medical center and then the Plastic Surgeon over at Albany Med. (that's our big medical center up here...) We were VERY lucky to have had two very well known surgeons up here to get the help.
she will tell EVERYONE to use sunscreen now... (which her grandchild will not do...

) Mom used to tan back when they used iodine to get tan with and she's paid for it.
On the nice side. she has been showered with some flowers from my siblings!!! A little bit of spring has arrived in our living room

He's never been gone from me for 2 weeks, so I figured it would break up the 2 weeks so he's not going that whole time without seeing me. I know he was worried about in all day Sunday before his dad picked him up. He kept hugging me all day, and he's NOT a hugger. I never get hugs anymore. And when his dad picked him up, he kept coming back up the sidewalk to hug me a few times as they were trying to leave. 
Then I might try to go back to work afterwards, I'll have to see how tired I am. I don't want Jan to come back to work and get stressed out by how much work is there. She needs to stay healthy for when I'm on vacation soon. 
But she's good and has learned her lessons...
