Regarding Grey Hair: If I had Cheri's beautiful hair I think I'd 'go grey', but mine just looks like an ashy brown with some grey streaks at the temple and makes me look all washed out. So I'll probably keep on coloring till ALL my roots are grey!

Cut, color and pedicure tomorrow!

Guess I'd better finish unpacking from Thanksgiving and throw some cruise clothes in the suitcase.

ALL of my roots are grey!!! Now when it grows out a little I have this definate line of grey hair/brown hair. Letting it go grey would require letting that straight line grow out. Looks awful!! Guess I will keep coloring until they put me in the home.

I've discovered tonight that I am actually salt and pepper... I don't know how it would look, though if I didnt'have one layer of brown left.... we'll see though... I might leave it for a bit..

Hahaha.....I was just telling John today that I need to unpack the Thanksgiving clothes and bring some of them with some hot weather clothes and start a new suitcase too. I hate that it could be cold and hot and that I have to bring extra clothes. I'm trying to keep it in one weekender. I'm skipping the cut, color and pedi. It's only four days.

I am SOOO mad!!!

I had to take 1/2 a pain pill last night... I was doing SOOOOO good and now I'm back to being (hopefully temporarily) loopy again... it took 2 hellish weeks to get off the other meds... but I laid thre for 4 hours last night before I finally gave in and took it...

On the other hand...

I have to spend today helping a friend who has been turned down by social security disability. He's a double kidney transplant survivor and he was injured on the job and they fired him (he was a sheriffs officer...) I'm going to write one of my famouse "Dear Senator" letters and see if we can get him some help..

Get a lawyer too. It's more effective. They won't even consider your claim unless you have a lawyer and go before a judge. It's just the way it works.

I do feel like "poor" Kathe right now. I started taking down the tree, then decided I would watch Mama Mia at the same time. Figured I'd hear some music and since I've already seen it a couple times I wouldn't need to watch, just listen. Well, one of my favourite parts came on and I tried to move quick from one room to another to see it and stubbed my toe hard on an end table I don't think it's broken, but it is swollen and bruising. But...at least my tree is finally down and decorations put away for another year!
