It seems funny now...but I was shocked at the time...and so relieved that he didn't stay there Pretty sure I aged at least one year in that one second He jumped up from the road onto the hood of a van and leapt onto my head before jumping on to the wall beside me!

Yep We need Monica or Jackie to come along and post a pic for you! It is a small replica of a brown suitcase with DCL Transatlantic eastbound cruise and the dates on it. When you open it up it has pics and names of all our ports.

Was Cheri's new bag the Lowepro slingshot? I have a Lowepro slingshot 100AW that I have used forever.

Here you can see me with it in 2009 leaving our hotel room to go to Disneyland.

I love that bag but Shannon wasn't fussy on it. I haven't had to use the all-weather cover on it yet. Actually that might be a lie, I think I used it once when I took the camera bag onto Grizzly River Rapids. But walking through rainshowers I haven't had a drop of rain or moisture make it inside the bag as of yet. And as you can see in the pic above the extra "tabs" on it makes a great holder for my monopod.

I just recently got a new bag from Roots that I am enjoying but it is nice to flip and back and forth if necessary.

I really have a hard time sticking to just one bag for my camera. I'll take whatever "feels" right at the time and am always on the lookout for a better bag. I think I'm worse than a woman purse shopping when it comes to my camera.

The bag that Cheri got was a Tenba. It's very nice. Plus it came with a raincoat.

This just simply deserves repeating.

I should get it engraved. I should get posters made up. I should get these printed on business cards so every time Shannon thinks otherwise I can give her a card.

I thought I was doing such a great job adjusting to the time change, but I think I'm still at least partly on Marilyn's time I was in bed in good time last night and went right to sleep...but woke at 4:00 AM and could not get back to sleep so ended up getting up. Now I'm fading fast! I do have to get up at 5:30AM for work tomorrow, so guess I shouldn't be too far off tomorrow

Brian and Tammy and SERENITY came for a visit today! As soon as Serenity saw me she came running screaming grandma, grandma grandma It felt so good to hug her and visit with her for the afternoon! She is getting so big! I bought her a swimsuit in Gibralter, I'm hoping it isn't too small. The weather here today is greatly improved over yesterday. The sun came out and it got really nice and warm out, so we were able to run around in the yard. My grass is so long and filled with dandelions Serenity kept running over them saying sorry for stepping on them My tulips are still blooming too so I'm glad I didn't miss them. I have yellow and red tulips all mixed together in the front garden and they are lovely and vivid and certainly look like spring.

Jackie, Monica and Pam have all made it to their respective homes, safe and sound (well, not too sound for Pam, she has a cold).

LOOOOONNNNNG travel day (I've been up nearly 24 hours, with just some airplane naps) and I must toddle off to bed, but wanted to check in and let you know we are home.

Well.. I called Monica... her VM is still picking up.

So that means she's still traveling, not turned her phone on yet or she's gone to bed cause she's on Marilyn's time and not ours and she has to get up and go to work tomorrow.

She needs to come back soon... Planky has missed her at work.

Glad she is back(almost at least when you posted) safe and sound.

What a lovely welcome from Serenity.

Yes the time difference is a nuisance. We find it worse after going home(Eastbound), but on arrival in the US we wake up at silly o'clock for a few mornings and want to go to bed at silly o'clock early evening!!!

OMG! I'm exhausted!! My flight was delayed out of Dallas last night for 1 hr...finally got home at 1130pm last night. Went straight to bed.

I ache all over.....16 nights not in my bed, then the wonderful seats on the airplanes and all the walking.....but I made it to work today. Really counting down the time until 6pm so I can go home. (It's 1155am right now).
