My tummy is VERY happy today! Had Subway with Tyler for supper and I just had an ice cream sandwich and am still within my daily points. :goodvibes Deb, you're right, now I'm remembering how easy this is. :thumbsup2

I noticed something interesting while at Subway. I didn't even miss the cheese and mayo on my sub because I have them pile it with so many veggies and lots of vinegar, it didn't taste any different, so I probably wasn't even tasting the cheese and mayo anyway with all the other stuff. :thumbsup2

Tyler is super excited because I showed him the breakfast sandwiches we have for tomorrow morning. He loves, loves, loves McMuffins from McDonalds, but I never buy them for him because they're so bad for us. Well, WW has a version that tastes the same to him and is much better for us, so he can't believe I'm letting him have one for breakfast! ;) So he loves WW too! I also told him we're well-stocked with WW ice cream, so we can have some every day if we want. He said, "REALLY? You mean every day for the rest of our lives?!" :rotfl: I told him yes, if he really wants to and he about fell on the floor from shock! LOL!!!!! Gotta love WW! :thumbsup2

Yup....all you gotta do is shop and track and then it's easy.

Tyler is so funny when he's dramatic...I see him doing it that way...too funny!

We put up some of our Halloween decorations today. Tyler was excited because this was the first time I let him go up in the attic with me. He's been dying to for a couple years.....it was a mysterious place for him! ;) We have more to do tomorrow, mainly lights, we have a strand of skulls, one of jack-o-lanterns, and one with giant spiders, and we have a few outside decorations to do. PLUS we're buying some new ones this year, so that will be fun! :goodvibes

Pictures....please share!:rolleyes1

Ella at her best....or as we sometimes refer to her as The Queen of Sheba.

YEAHHHHHH!!!!! I'm so glad that started for you and for him. Progress. You have both come such a long way from a year before the PC cruise. I'm proud of both of you!!! :cutie:

OH, it's just a bunch of crap on the walls, not worth taking pics of.

It just sounds so festive. In my house it's just another day. I don't get trick or treaters up my driveway....so we don't do anything. It's just another work day to John.

His dad called me earlier today to talk about it, he told me he talked it over with his wife, and he thinks it would be a good change for Tyler, more stability for him instead of bouncing back and forth so frequently. He talked to Tyler about it to see what he thought, Tyler said he wants to give it a try, but told him "but I don't want to start with a week here because I miss my mom and thought I'd be going home with her today." :thumbsup2 But when I talked to Tyler about it tonight, he's not sure about waiting a week to see his dad. He told me he doesn't think he'll like this, but that he'd give it a try. We all know change is rough on him, so I told him to try not to think about missing the other parent, but to focus on getting to spend a whole week with which ever one he's with. He might be too used to the other arrangement, so we'll just have to see how it goes.

Deb....

I'm surprised that Ella hasn't tied you two up and stuck you in the closet... :rotfl:

Halloween has always been my 2nd favorite day (#1 being Christmas), and Tyler's the same so far. :goodvibes In fact, he was bummed out when I told him that this arrangement would mean he's at his dad's for Halloween. He was with him last year too, so he asked me if I could ask his dad if we could start doing Halloween like we do on holidays, his dad and I take turns every other year. Sounds good to me, so I'll call him tomorrow to ask. :goodvibes

Holly...

are you going to do the midweek visit?

We hadn't thought about it, but we'll see how it goes and might add that in. :thumbsup2 The midweek visit is typically for dads who only get every other weekend so they don't have to go almost 2 weeks without seeing the kid. But we'll do it if needed. :)

Tyler's all excited about the Dinosaur Dash tomorrow: http://museum.msu.edu/Events/DinosaurDash/

This will be his 4th year doing it and he still wears all 3 of his past years t-shirts. It's lots of fun! :) Up until now his age group did the 200 yard "mini-dash" but this year he's too old for it and has to move up to the mile run.

holly, I thought those skelton fish were dead...then I realized duh just halloween fish

OH MY GOSH, I discovered a great find today! I usually just buy WW ice cream and then don't have to bother calculating points. Well, I was looking at Blue Bunny brand and saw they have some fat free flavors. I ended up getting one, figuring the points calculation would be decent, even if I had to do smaller portions. WELL.........I just entered the numbers into the WW points calculator and it's only 1 point per serving! Blue Bunny Premium Fat free no sugar added brownie sundae ice cream. YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I doubled the serving (which actually calculates to 3 points, not 2) and it's plenty! I'M IN ICE CREAM HEAVEN!!!! :cloud9:

:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:That's what Tyler thought too the first time he saw them! ;) But then we went to a friends fish tank and saw lots of real dead ones. Floaters! :lmao:

Oh, when I picked Tyler up tonight, I got to hold the baby again, she's soooooo cute! :goodvibes She was sleeping on a pillow on her mom's lap, and I said, "Even though she's asleep, I still need to take a peek at her." Sheilah just scooped her up and handed her to me. :cloud9: She wiggled around a bit, opened her eyes, and when I started talking to he, she was smiling like crazy! I tried to sneak out with her. ;) She'll be 3 months old next week and up to 11 pounds. Hard to believe she was only 5 pounds when she was born.

Hey guys, how are you? I can't sleep. I figured this was a great time to come and say hello. Nothing new is happening in my life. I'm working on a long term position until October 13 and then we'll see what happens next. We aren't planning a cruise in 2011 yet because we can't afford to book right now but maybe we will if there is something left in December. It's hard to say. I'd rather vacation but my poor house would rather be renovated and painted ;)
