I had fun last night, and took the girls shopping. We went around the store so the girls could see what things I like. Shaelyn had a little notepad and made a list, so they are ready if Ken feels up to taking them shopping this afternoon. Kaleigh was really concerned that she wouldn't remember what I like and she can't read, so she doesn't know what Shaelyn put on the list. Shaelyn promised to help her and read it to her

I'm happy to report, it was nice birthday evening! Ken had taken the girls shopping for presents and cake. They picked one with blue flowers, since that's my favourite colour . One of my presents was pink nailpolish, so now Shaelyn, Kaleigh and I all have pink fingernails and toenails.

Yikes! Here's something taken from a post on the PC thread.....somebody is already booked for a Cat. 6. Carol (Pahrumpgirl) posted this info she received from her friend going on the PC:

"She sent a request to IC and found that she has been booked in a CAT 5C which is Deck 6, Port, room 6046 for $6081.68. There is only one person listed in the room and it includes insurance, taxes and fees."

If I decide to do the PC repo... I'll get a cancellation like last time and pay through the nose...

Oh crap! I only budgeted for $1000 for the deposit, so if it's indeed $600/person, I won't be able to book until 10/3, so I might be S.O.L. UNLESS....unless there's a chance that people doublebook like before (one on their own and one with their TA) and drop a rooms after a couple days. Whatever happens, happens, but fingers crossed! Then I'll pay in full with my tax refund and be able to relax for a year and wait to cruise!

I know I said I wouldn't worry about it, but now I'm worrying after hearing people are already booking. I wonder how many people booked onboard. I wonder if anything will be left after the 9/21 booking. The suspense is going to kill me!!!! I planned to ask Tyler's dad today if he can go, but am starting to think I should wait to see if I can even get a ressie first.

Hi All.....Monica is back home getting some much needed rest with her new car tire and no voice....Nan is reading a book in the airport waiting to board her plane home in the next hour....We're checked into the Staybridge Suites at downtown Disney. If Darrell finishes his emergency work on a computer, we'll meet him and Lisa at Hollywood Studios at 9:00 am tomorrow.....YEAH!!! Go Darrell Go! Connie is busy with a charity event tonight, but we're planning on having dinner at Mimi's Cafe on Wednesday....hopefully with Monica too....if she's feeling better by then.

I'm so happy to have more fun with disers to look forward to after cruise....and to have more fun with Mickey too....otherwise I would be sobbing right now. It was so good to spend time with some of my favorite people chatting and laughing together. We really had a blast.

Yea, we were lucky they did that for us. It worked so well. We kept changing seats each night so that everyone got to talk to everyone else.
