I've been a BAAAAD girl......I went to Yahala Bakery on Saturday with freinds and I bought delicious German pastries.....some with almonds, some with pecans, a strawberry shortcake ( huge piece!) and a monstrous beautiful crusty round loaf of cranberry-walnut bread! Thank goodnesss Chuck helped me eat the pastries.......but I had to divide the bread into 4 differnent packages for the freezer, and it is SO good for breakfast!

Guess I'll start over today with my so-called diet plan!

Chuck was only thinking of you!

Have you ever had one of those days when it's just not worth chewing through the restraints???

Yesterday was it...

Last night I was sitting here checkin my email... and suddenly the computer screen went black... dead... nothing... then it flashed back on... and I saw this...

Whoa.... I said... yup... it was upside down...

I decided to close the browser to see if it would help and saw THIS...

(no... this is NOT the Poseiden Adventure... the ship IS upside down...)

So I just put my head in my hand and just said "What else could possibly happen this week.... )

BUT... I had to find a solution...

So I decided to do this...

Lemons... Lemonade...

I'm going back into my padded room now...

I just worked 6 days straight and am SO glad to be off tomorrow! A friend of mine is on vacation this week, so we are having a girl's day out We're off to St. Jacob's tomorrow, a little Mennonite community about an hour and a half drive away. Lots of little gift shops to wander through and a yummy bakeshop Connie, who am I going to get to help me out if I splurge at the bakeshop and I know I will I gained 5 lbs when my son was home, I actually bought groceries and cooked dinners!

How many days are you off for? More than one I hope?

I can really feel that I worked over the weekend, even if it was WW and not my normal job. That was even worse, because I'm on my feet the entire time.

I don't know how you can work stretches like that!
