Michelle, are you taking the day off tomorrow to celebrate?

How was your boat ride?

We had a good day. Up to see the 11am movies, for the girls Time Travellers Wife, boys G.I. Joe Both groups enjoyed the shows :thumbsup2

Came home to yummy smelling roasting turkey :woohoo:

I think it was either free or really cheap way back in November and we had it in the garage fridge. Since we were home this weekend it got pulled out yesterday to thaw and we baked it today :thumbsup2

Mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, stuffing and cranberry sauce, it was Thanksgiving in August :cloud9:

Now I'm soooooooo sleepy from the turkey and all the drama from the broken arm I'm ready for early bed tonight.

Next week is back to school stuff and doctor appt on Thurs for the real cast, and the rest of my online drivers ed class :sad2: dang thing takes forever to get thru.

That's about it for us.

Holly even that camping doesn't sound fun to me. I'm just not into any of that anymore. I did it when I was younger too, just doesn't have the pull anymore, nice hotel, nice pool, room service, and a spa that is my ideal vacation, well next to a Disney cruise of course ;)

The whole family was sick with fever and chills and we had to end our long weekend early. We came home Friday but I didn't have enough energy to walk to the computer or type. We didn't take any pictures because we were to sick to care. Anyway, the fevers are gone but Brooke and I keep going in and out of sleep all day and I don't have the energy to do laundry. I'm not sure why I'm springing all this on you right now. I usually think of all of you when tragedy strikes ;)

And Jonas Brothers rocked if I didn't tell you already! We were right by the stage!

I know we are still waiting for Shannon to post the pics from Barkerville, but here are the ones from today.

Paddling hard..

This was the longest we have driven from home just to go kayaking - 45 minutes.
Awesome pics Ken! Scenery like that might make me consider kayaking too!

Holly, next time you "need" to go camping, I recommend Bailey's and marshmallows. Roast the marshmallow over the campfire and then when it is a nice golden brown dip it into a glass of Bailey's. Then savour it.

Scrumpdilicious and one of the main reasons I go camping.

Hmmm....I don't know if I like Bailey's, but I'll give it a try! :thumbsup2

suffer holly... suffer... the bailey's alone will make camping better... :thumbsup2

It's so pretty out there... :goodvibes :goodvibes

Um....I think you missed the first part of that post that said I'm glad I already have a checkup this week. :thumbsup2 NO WORRIES (except for pictures I found on some med websites that look exactly what my chest looks like, combined with a couple other things I never connected until now).

Dots? :lmao:

Doing the usual tomorrow... :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Going to Scarboroughs for lunch... :thumbsup2

Boat ride on Wednesday cause it's hotter than the sun out here today and the QM has to be careful so we will postpone cause we can... ;)

That's cause we're family and we love you... hope you feel better soon... :grouphug: :grouphug:

The reason you think of us all when tragedy strikes is because you know we all care. :grouphug: Sorry you all got sick and hope you're all feeling better quickly. :grouphug:

She's wearing shorts  Did it get into the 60s today?

I got the day off tomorrow, why not? What's the nearest international airport and can I bring the girls (except Shannon who has to work so I can play)?

Albany....

My sister got diverted here on her way back from Rome when NYC was rained out... (and she didn't even call...:sad2:) Nice to know that a big plane like a 777 can land at our airport :thumbsup2

& would LOVE to have lunch with you and the girls on my birthday... Shannon... we'll send back cake... :goodvibes

Have to get to bed. Not much sleep last night since we were at the campfire until midnight and then I read the end of a long book I've been reading to Tyler for quite a while, so we were up until 1am, then had to get up at 7am for church, AND......every time I fell asleep, I'd hear mosquitos buzzing by!

I have no idea what any of this is about but I have to tell you that I discovered two red spots on my body that you get when you're old. Do you know the ones I am talking about? They kind of look like red freckles :sad2:

Hope you're not expecting a present as the return flight ticket for 1 from here to there is $1597 USD.

We start school on the 26th :sad1::sad1::sad1::sad1: Summers over and I have to go back to work :sad1::sad1::sad1::sad1: The two worst things EVER!

I'm not sure what those are that you mention, but this is more than dots, it's a wide area like the picture below the nasty looking ear on this page: http://www.skincancer.org/the-five-warning-signs-images.html

Don't worry, I'm not thinking I have this, I'm just saying it looks the same as that.
