HALF A DAY to laundry, mister! That morning should be devoted to whichever park got short changed during the week and then I'll need that
DOLE WHIP from the Polly to make it through the afternoon!

I just got back from my office brunch thingie and did pretty well on the eating part. NO SUGAR of any kind (the lemonade was made with Splenda). I had four boiled shrimp with one teaspoon cocktail sauce, a slice of ham, about a 1 1/2 piech of grilled sausage, fresh fruit, an asparagus, pea and radish salad (oh YUM) and a very small slice of beef. Lots of good choices available! The only desert was cookies (like the ones with jam in the middle), so I was easily able to walk away knowing I could have a mint Skinny Cow when I got home.
