:wave2: Kathe!

I hope you have a good weekend too!
How has the response from customers been to your store going bagless?

Shannon, sorry to hear that the girls have been sick, but glad they are recuperating. Hope you're taking care of yourself too! Have a good weekend!

Kathe

:wave2: Bubba!

Okay, the girls are all tucked in, and I'm settling down with a big glass of skim milk and a Hedgehog:yay:

Oh, looks like you're having some time for you too! Skim milk and a Hedgehog, to each their own ;):lmao:

Hi Shannon Kathe & Bubba!!!!! (and V and Gaylean and everyone else I missed...)

Would love to stay and chat but I have spent the last 9 hours booking various people onto planes trains, hotels, camels... (ok... maybe not the camels...) (but I feel like I have...)

Will be back in the AM...

Please turn out the lights and tell the UK girls I said good Morning... :flower3:

Hi Shannon! Customers have been awesome! I was really worried about how they'd respond, but I think people are ready for this. We have some savings on the reusable bags and bins, and we are selling a lot. I'm really happy to see such a positive response from people.

ONe more thing...

Shannon... if the girls are coughing... rug the goo on their feet and put on socks... I don't know why but they say it works... good luck!!!

Hi Michelle!!! I hope you have a good sleep tonight :cloud9: I just got home from work a little while ago and have to go back in again in the morning so will be heading off to bed shortly myself.

Just in case you need more pixie dust...
:wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard::wizard:
:tinker:

Good night Michelle, and thanks for the reminder about the feet, I read that somewhere. So far just on the chest is helping them sleep. :goodvibes

Kathe,
Most the grocery stores in my town are pushing the reusable bags. Our Save On foods doesn't charge for using plastic bags, but you earn reward points for using reusable bags or reusing your plastic bags. I really like the reusable bags, because they hold more and don't tip over :cool1:

Have a good night, I'm off to curl up in bed and watch Numbers :happytv:

I'm going to sleep now too... Drugs and work are kicking in.

g'night all

Goodmorning Marilyn and Deborah!!

Good morning Ken.

FOR THOSE OF YOU CRAZY PEOPLE WHO ARE THINGING OF GOING TO FLORIDA SOON... DON'T FORGET TO PACK THAT WONDERFUL COOL TIE THAT PLANKY LEFT IN YOUR FISH EXTENDER LAST YEAR.

(tip... when you are in the parks... ask for a glass of ice water and soak the ties in the water for about 10 minutes and it will refresh it wonderfully and it will keep you cool... just don't freeze it...:thumbsup2)

What happens when you freeze them? I think I froze mine last September in La Gomera as it was sooooooooo hot and I thought it would be good!!!:rolleyes1 Won't it work now? Sorry.

Quiet Please.....

Ahem....

Everyone stop what your doing and please join hands (virtual...) and say a very deep meaningful prayer to whatever higher power you believe in...

Think good thoughts and throw pixie dust if you've got it...

Keep your fingers crossed...

And any other body part... for that matter... (Bubba...) :rolleyes1

My project is set to go on Monday...

Can't comment anymore...

I am now going to retreat to a corner and eat chocolate...

Thank you very much...:grouphug: You may now return to your normal Friday night routine...

Oh, this time it will happen.

The villa is a bit further south than Kissimmee, but is on a good road for getting to WDW.

Yes, I miss Gaylean too.

If you do all the housework you can have a couple of glasses of wine and watch Britain's Got Talent!

It doesn't seem possible to be able to lose weight with Weight Watchers because I feel like I'm eating so much. Only time will tell, I suppose.

It's not about the volume but what the volume consists of. Filling foods are naturally going to be higher in volume, but much lower in points, which is why they are such great values. They fill you up.

I would not worry so as you are staying within your points.

Oh, I'm having no problems staying within the points. That's what makes it seem unbelievable to me. It just doesn't seem possible to be able to lose weight when I'm eating Girl Scout cookies, Peeps, and having a couple beers. But if it works, what an awesome way to do it! ;)

It's a lifestyle change, it doesn't have to be about deprivation.

Deprivation doesn't work because it can't be sustained. Eventually it leads to rebellion.

The key is to allow some points for treats but not to use too many of them on "empty points."

WW did 3 years of research and test trials before Momentum was launched. They studied successful members and struggling members.

The studied showed that both groups understood the concept of points and how to calculate them.

The key difference between the two groups was the way they managed their points. The struggling members, though staying in their point target, used more points on foods that did not satisfy their hunger (candy etc, and were often hungry).

The successful members tended to choose foods that offered the biggest bang for the the point buck, stretched out their points, avoided being hungry by using filing foods, and managing their feelings of deprivation, by planning in favorite foods.

42 in total with the airport hotel the night before and the overnight flight home! Not sure how we will like it but we are going to give it a try!!:lmao:

Isn't 42 days of holiday just a teensy bit ostentatious, and perhaps more than a little greedy?

This week at work something very ironic happened, while working on a workers' compensation claims project, I went to HR to file a potential workers' compensation issue.

Beginning around Tuesday, I started to experience pins & needles in my fight hand and pain shooting up my right arm, over and around my shoulder and down my back and side.

It got so bad on Thursday, that by 4 pm, I could not use my right hand and had to move my trackerball with my left hand. When I got home, I couldn't even open a jar.

Our risk control guy visited me and my desk is being redone, to change my set up,

My hand and are are still rather painful, but given that for most of the coming week, I won't be at work and then on vacation, I'm hoping it will go away.

On the plus side, from this project, I'm now familiar with state workers' compensation forms in 23 states.

Yes indeed!!!:rotfl2: We're also doing 6 weeks in Sept/Oct too. :cool1: There has to be some benefits from being this old!!!:lmao::lmao:

It is also our 40th wedding anniversary year so that is another excuse.

You know? I had these symptoms before our Lanzarote vacation in February. I am on this laptop a lot, and have a mouse on the chair arm beside me. I didn't like the pins and needles at all and as you said the pain up the arm, It took me some time to realise what it was.

Fortunately the rest away from the computer eased it, so I hope it does the same for you. Now I try not to be on as much or hold the mouse as much.
