Why don't we all just be nice and not talk about how much better we are? I would have loved to be on that cruise. I wouldn't have given up ours but I would have gone on that one if it would have been free AND I probably would have had just as much fun.

As for Joey, I like having free days that I don't have to go to a show.

You are so sweet. You really are. I completely agree. Just look at the positive side of it all. You'll always have a good time.

Here's my 2 cents ...

this is going to be my main thread I check regularly. Always has been - heck I can't remember the last time I even checked any other portion of the boards ... And used to check out the Disigns threads and the camera/photography threads regularly.

As for the new repo thread, I'll check in there once in awhile or when this one is slow, but until we get closer to the date it's not going to be a big deal to me. I won't be posting our daily activities or things about our daily/personal lives over there as I don't know most of them and who's to say everyone that is on there now will still make it when it's time to ante up? So I'm not going to worry about much over there until we see who all is going on the trip.

But this is where my friends are so this is my main thread for everything. The other thread will only get going for me once we get confirmation that we are going (royal we not just Shannon and I).

As for Thieves vs. Pirates. Remember that Pirates are loud and bositerous. Thieves are much more sneaky ...

Well said. I wouldn't mind being more boisterous maybe they'll teach us a few things.

Well that's it.....we'll all be going thru the Panama Canal and Ian and Sukie, Jackie, Nan and Monica will all be in Alaska.

We'll send post cards to each other. Ours will be hot and yours will be cold.

If Alaska is announced then that's where we will be.

I'm sure out of the 600 people I could find one that I could make a really good friend I think we had some issues. I just know that the ones that had issues don't come around anymore and I suppose it's the same over on their thread. It takes a special person to able to do what we do here. You can't be judgmental and you have to be friends with all kinds and learn from each other rather than think badly if they aren't exactly the way you are. I'm the type of person that thinks everyone is a friend and I would think we all are like that.

You would NOT have had just as much fun on the other cruise. Yes, you would have enjoyed it, but your couldn't possibly have had as much fun. No way! Never. No chance, NO!

Well you beat me....or did I beat you I bought all the toys first and then realized there wasn't any candy. I don't like it around and they don't need it anyway.

Yeah, it would have been so much easier when the kids were younger and would be happy with a few toys from Target or Big Lots. I keep threatening to stop doing baskets, but I figure since this is Erik's last Easter as a minor, I'll keep it up at least this one year! Don't know what I'll do next year.

I read that Disney had withdrawn their permit or whatever it's called to sail in Alaska. Did I hear wrong?

We get 3 baskets from my sister, 4 from Jon's mom and Jon has 2 aunts that buy us all one so if you count the ones we give to the kids that is 17 We buy his niece a dress and his aunts get a plant and his mom is in Mexico so she isn't getting anything. There is no way that we would get anyone in our families a basket.
